it was great time to stay there. The host was friendly. The room was clean, well repaired and equiped with all we needed. It had two big windows overlooking on to the Square of Garibaldy. The breakfast was excelent. We excpected to see usual continental. breakfast but it was good buffet including hot drinks. juice, ham, cheese, cereal, croissants, marmelade. The food was fresh and good. Location is good as well. It is situated right in the center and only 10 minutes by foot from the railway station.

The location of the hotel was great, staff very helpful and breakfast great. However being a light sleeper I found the street noise very loud even with the windows closed. The bathroom was a bit tired and could do with a reno. We found it very unsettling to return to our room, after a day of site seeing, to find all our gear packed up and moved to another room. Did the ceiling really fall in on our original room, we'll never know.

I liked the location and the views from the room which had two windows.

Very noisy at night but that was to be expected in view of the location.

room was clean. breakfast was good and ample, buffet style. in good location for waterfront though not right on the water. staff was friendly and answered questions.

size of room and bathroom. mattress was old and not very comfortable. be aware there is a cover charge on meals usually 2 eurs each.

Fair amount of late-night noise from nearby bars. Lack of ac meant the rooms were very hot in summer.

Good located in the centrum of the town. The rooms cleaned. The possibility to park in front of the hotel.

We arrived ten minutes before 10.00 p.m. but the hotel doors were locked. Nobody was in the reception (until the morning) and didn´t find any information for us what to do. After telephone call on the phone number written on the hotel doors we were able to enter the hotel. At the midnight a big group of the drunked teenagers came back from the town and started to play football with the Cola tin in the hotel corridors, made big noise and cried, for approx. 2 hours. There weren´t anybody there who could stop them. After this experience we are not sure if we can recommend the stay in this hotel to another tourists.

Well located in the center although difficult to reach by car.

Room was all too warm mid june - no air condition. No access to internet in the 4th floor. Staff had problems inform about network. In all 100 Euro er night is too much for a double room.

Location

The hotel was in the middle of Como and as such, convenient to everything. It had an excellent restaurant attached to it which provided better value than others in the area.

The rooms are small and old. The windows open on a square which is loud at night until after midnight.
