San Marco Restaurant is divided into 2 dining halls (one for smokers) and accommodates up to 50 people. Local specialities and international dishes are served.

A rich breakfast buffet is served from 07:00 to 10:00 on weekdays and 08:00 to 10:00 on weekends. Lunch is served from 12:00 to 14:30 (not available on weekends). Dinner is served from 19:00 to 22:30 (not available on Sundays).

Opening times and availability of the restaurant for feast days and special occassions have to be reconfirmed with the hotel.

The San Marco Hotel has 20 soundproofed double rooms, each with an en suite bathroom with a window and shower.

Each room is equipped with a 17 inch LCD TV (PC monitor as well), free ADSL internet connection, minibar facilities, a safety deposit box, direct telephone line and pay per view programmes.

Racconigi:
The famous Racconigi, located 15 km from the hotel, is simply unmissable. Its reputation in Italy and in Europe is most definitely due to its Savoyard castle, given World Heritage status by UNESCO. The town has a number of former royal residences.

Pralormo:
The site of the ancient feud. The village, situated just 10 minutes from Carmagnola, is a must for art and history lovers.

Travel information

San Marco Hotel is situated just 20 minutes from Turin centre, close to the main roads that link the city to the Langhe and Roero regions.

By car from Torino:
- Take the A6 Motorway (Torino - Savona) and exit for Carmagnola.
- Follow signs for the town centre.
- Continue straight through double roundabouts (Racconigi - Casalgrasso direction) and after one hundred metres, you will find the hotel on the right. There is free parking available at the hotel.

From Piacenza:
- Take the A21 motorway (Torino - Piacenza - Brescia) and exit for Villanova d'Asti.
- Take the road for Poirino and Carmagnola (SP129).
- Once you have reached the town, follow signs for the town centre and continue as above.

From the railway station (10 minute walk):
- Walk along the boulevard C.so Matteotti.
- At the crossroads, turn right into V. Fratelli Vercelli.
- Continue as far the double roundabouts and turn left into via San Francesco di Sales.
- The hotel is 150 metres up on the right.
