Friendly, family-run hotel in excellent location that made our stay most enjoyable. The decor is not new, however well cared for and the hotel is certainly clean. The owners evidently care about the hotel and their guests - I'd happily return.

Another perfect hotel from your site. Excellent value for money with a good breakfast for "continental". Family run hotel, they were all extremely friendly and helpful: any question and you got the answer, maybe with internet help! Location is perfect, right on the lake with a small beach, no noise and a nice terrace with trees to enjoy the view with a drink. Could not fault anything. Pity they do not do meals (anymore, they said) but there are 3 nice restaurants a few mins' walk away.

Only problem was the wind in the evening before the storm! But when the weather cleared it was perfect.

East side of Lago Maggiore has less touristic aspects than the west side.

The most wonderful location! We paid the little bit extra for the lakeside view and it was amazing, worth every penny.The staff were very friendly and helpful but not intrusive. It's not a luxury hotel but we were very comfortable and everything was clean, and we found it a really relaxing place to be. It served us well as a base for our break; it was very peaceful. The lake views are at the front of the hotel and the road is at the back; it didn't disturb us in the slightest. Some of the more upmarket hotels in Stresa have the road between the hotel and the lake; here, you are right by the lake-fantastic!

Guests should be aware it's on the quiet side of the lake so you are quite reliant on the nearby ferry to cross over to Stresa etc. & the last one returns at 5.30 pm. There's not much tourist info/ferry timetables in the hotel, so do your homework before you go. Also note there are no tea/coffee making facilities in the room, so pack that travel kettle!

Personnel très accueillant, bien situé au bord du lac majeur, proximité de l'embarcadère Santa Catarina vers Stresa et les îles Boromées. Bon confort.

On était les seuls hôtes de l'Hôtel (un peu triste!)

personnel familial très accueillant. Malgrés des chambres à la décoration un peu passée, on s'y sent bien. Bon petit déjeuner. Wifi gratuit. en bref simple mais bien.

le restaurant conseillé par les patrons de l hotel (juste à coté) un peu cher pour les plats proposés, on vous sert deux petites tartines de tomates à l'apero : elles ne sont pas gratuites...1,5€ pieces!

La posizione. La cordialità dei gestori che seppur non prenotato ci hanno riservato camera con vista lago, magnifico!!!! Ci hanno supportato con consigli su luoghi da vedere e ristoranti. Comodità del parcheggio

familiär geführtes Haus, sehr freundlich, mehrsprachig, direkte Lage am See Gutes Wandergebiet, aber bitte: sehr gute Schuhe und sehr gute Landkarte mitnehmen.

hellhörig, aber dafür habe ich immer Ohrstöpsel dabei Frühstück italienisch (kein Buffet), das weiß man aber bei der Buchung und hat uns nicht gestört.

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Frühstück war für italienische Verhältnisse ok.

Die direkte Lage am See und die ruhige Lage. Seeblickzimmer sind im Prinzip ohne Straßenlärm.

Hotell ist sehr hellhörig, Fühstück noch o.k.; Strandliegen kosten extra Miete und haben keine Auflagen, sind also sehr unbequem.

Sobere, kleine kamers met verouderde inrichting. Wifi was niet mogelijk. Parkeren bij hotel was lastig.

Das Dreibettzimmer war winzig. Kein Frühstücksbuffet, Prtionen etwas kanpp bemessen. Auf Nachfrage wurde nachgelegt.

Top Lage. Sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter.

Leider kein Frühstücksbuffet. Frühstück sehr überschaubar. Zimmer sehr einfach ausgestattet.

Die Lage direkt am Lago Maggiore, eigener Strand ohne Sand

Das Frühstück könnte besser- etwas vielseitiger sein.
