Central, but quiet location, efficiently organized, attractively decorated, very helpful staff who were always willing to answer questions about Lucca. Breakfasts good continental selection. Rooms adequate and pleasant. Drawer space in bedroom and laying space in bathroom less than helpful. |

Delightful small hotel in a perfect location. Tucked away from the crowds and noise of tourists. Lovely patio on the front of the hotel which was perfect for a shady stop after a day of sightseeing. We loved this hotel! No elevator, but not a problem. |

Central position in beautiful town of Lucca. Staff very friendly and helpful. Also, the reviews were very helpful. Very hard bed. However, no harder than the one in Siena - which was also incredibly hard!!!!! |

Well located, nice and comfortable little hotel in the centre of the old town. Friendly and helpful staff. Tasty breakfast. Good beds, furniture selected with taste, new bathroom is high standard. The town-centre is full with quality shops, and there are plenty restaurants in the vicinity what offer excellent Tuscany food. Hotel staff will advice everybody on shops and restaurants eagerly. I did not like the idea to leave after only one night, i would rather stay for another week. I will definitely spend one of my coming holidays in this hotel and recommend to others too. |

nice people at the frontdesk, good help in finding the private parkingspace, good information about the city and the restaurants. Nice breakfast,. The room is not big, but is's enough and the colours are wonderful. Great location to see the city. just one small remark: were can I leave my soap under the shower ? |

This was an excellent hotel. The location was perfect, on a side street near everything. The staff was extremely helpful for any request and the breakfast was delicious! The next time we go, I will request a room at the back of the hotel. Street side can be a little noisy, although it also depends on your level of tolerance. It was not that bad for us. |

The Hotel is small and charming in a good location and the breakfast was good. The daily room cleaning was not good. Bed cover looked like it needed a wash, but bed linen was clean. Small things really but attention to detail would make this hotel a little gem |

The folks at the hotel were very welcoming and friendly. They were helpful in providing information and arranging taxis. Our room had a balcony with a lovely canopy of flowers. Breakfast was great. |
