The staff was very friendly and helpful. The location was perfect. The bathroom was fine and the breakfast was quite good, and free!
No closets and the door to our armoire didn't work.
Perfect location for sightseeing, beside the Pantheon and within walking distance of all major attractions. I would recommend this hotel, lovely quiet spot yet central.
clean quiet lovely room helpful staff It is a perfect respite from the intensity of Rome.
We loved the location, the room and bath were nice, clean; the breakfasts very good and we enjoyed being able to sit out on the patio to enjoy them.
Staff were extremely helpful and polite. Location was excellent. Rooms were clean, with ample space. Would highly recommend.
Everything was as one would wish. The staff is superb except that I DO like to be told how to sleep. I am 82 years old and I have ALWAYS slept on a very soft bed. Your desk man tells me that I should sleep on a firm mattress - Better for my back, he said. Tell your staff to respect the needs of the client. Otherwise, all was excellent.
Th bed was tooooo hard and the staff said that there are no soft mattress in the hotel. If this is so, than I must stay at another hotel. I am 82 years old and I have always slept on a soft mattress!
Wonderful central location, helpful staff, and simply pleasant.
Outside rooms are rather noisy, but then that's what you get in central Rome! Those who are light sleepers request an inner courtyard room which are a lot quieter.
Location and quietness.
Front desk staff were grumpy/ non smiling.
Internet service for those who do not carry with them electronic equipment such as laptops, ipads, etc.
Location. Clean.good breakfast.
Noisy room location...street traffic.
Location, cleanliness, quiet for such a busy location. Staff accomodating
Traditional, small hotell very well located. Polite and professional staff, good to excellent rooms, good breakfast.
right in the middle of historical old town.
Staff was very helpful and the breakfast was great.
Shower was very small and difficult for medium to large person to negotiate.
Functional. Good value
Floor could have been cleaner. Some rooms are small with no chairs.
Excellent location - staff are wonderful.
Everything was great!
Location great Room - very good
Night receptionist was rude and abrasive
Location near Pantheon, outdoor patio. The concierge was most helpful in arranging drivers from cruise ship and to the airport, as well as suggesting attractions in Rome to visit.
Rather dated Breakfast Room.
The location of the hotel is absolutely perfect - literally steps away from the Pantheon. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the room itself was surprisingly large!! It also had an awesome view down to the piazza below.
Only 1 complaint - the shower situation. Never seen anything like it! Usually the shower head faces parallel to the shower curtain - this shower head actually faced directly at the curtain, making it basically impossibly to use! Don't know if all the rooms are this way? We were in room 347!
This was a beautiful hotel in a great location just around the corner from the Pantheon and yet quiet. Room was lovely and a good size.
For such an otherwise luxiurious place the shower was too small. I'm sure it was no more than 2 ft x 2 ft and would be a challenge for an adult on the larger side.
Good room on the first floor overlooking Piazza Minerva. Quiet despite very central location, and comfortable bed. Helpful staff.
No muesli at breakfast, and would have liked plain croissants.
it was very lovely, a perfect honeymoon.
The location is the hotel's best selling point. It was mostly quiet....our room was in an area where we had to keep the window closed to block out street noise. We slept fine. It's right behind the Pantheon and a short walk to Piazza Navona. It's a reasonable walk to all the other major attractions if your legs are in shape! Breakfast was very good and was always fresh, even at the end of the breakfast period. My wife and I both recommend it.
Location and good breakfast
