Albergo Terme Villa Svizzera  

1. Location - on the seafront, close to Lacco Ameno shops and restaurants, bus stop and taxi parking right outside the hotel. 2. Restaurant staff – the only people who are actually friendly in this hotel

That is definitely not a 4 star hotel, a very bad 3 star. 1. Reception staff is either lasy or incompetent, only one person spoke English, others nothing but Italian. Upon arrival they just gave us keys and nothing else - no information on pools, spa center, meals in the hotel - nothing. By the way, there is no info booklet in the room either, so no chance of getting info in some other way. 2. Taking into account the number of elderly guests you would say that it is elderly-oriented hotel, but the hotel consists of a large number of stairs, no elevator and hardly any porters - so you have to carry suitcases - there are no ramps! 3. Matresses in the room are terrible - on the second night backs start aching, during the night you risk falling down every time you turn, pillows are old and in lumps 4. Bed sheets have not been changed in 8 days 5. Breakfast is served from 8 to 9, it is so basic that even boiled eggs are missing. There are machines for serving tea and coffee, but you are not allowed to use them yourself – there is a special attendant for it. For every scrap of food you have to stand in a long queue – including coffee and hot water Rooms in the main building are better than in small garden houses – in the garden room virtually had no window, old TV with a small screen (average book size), but at least air conditioning was working. In the room in the main building it was broken.

Posizione, comodità

Poco isolamento acustico interno ed esterno. Stanza essenziale, con televisore piccolo e limitato nei canali. Servirebbe una zanzariera alla finestra.

Il personale, reception - e contribuire così come possono. Vicino ai trasporti e il lungomare, ma questa aria e meno rumorosa. Buona spa.

Voglio dire su questo particolare. Ho ancora una cattiva impressione di lui. Mi chiedevo come questo hotel ha 4 stelle e quello che fa i soldi che paghiamo. Cattivo stato delle camere. Ci sono brulicante di formiche, che non si riesce a sbarazzarsi di. Biancheria da letto vecchio, senza pantofole e accappatoi, gel doccia da richiedere. La colazione è scarsa e monotona.I visitatori ancora seduto in piscina, e il personale inizia a lavare il pavimento del piano lavabo e chimici delle acque. Durante il tempo libero gli ospiti di essere rumorosi riparazioni. La direzione dell'hotel non ha mostrato rispetto per gli ospiti. Grado-bad.

Staff della cucina eccellente, pietanze abbondanti e di qualità, personale della reception disponibilissimi, l'esterno della villa abbastanza curato.

Le camere da rinnovare senz'altro.

La posizione centrale, il servizio navetta per la Spiaggia di San Montano, il servizio ristorazione, eccellente per qualita' dei piatti proposti, per l'abbondante buffet e la cortesia del maitre e dei camerieri.Buono anche il servizio spa.

Non mi e' molto chiara la questione del supplemento per la cena di Ferragosto . Sarebbe stao piu' corretto farne menzione all'atto della prenotazione, anche da parte del servizio E.booking

La cosa che ho apprezzato di più è la cucina davvero ottima e il personale veloce nel servire le portate.

Non mi è piaciuto il parcheggio interno ristretto e non adatto alla struttura. Una sera dovevo uscire con la macchina e non ho potuto farlo perchè ero chiuso dietro da un'altra vettura il cui conducente non aveva lasciato le chiavi all'albergo per spostarla.Non mi è piaciuta la camera,priva di alcuni servizi fondamentali.Ne cito uno tra I più importanti:l'aria condizionata posizionata in basso,praticamente inesistente.Non mi è piaciuto il personale per niente cordiale,ad eccezione del Direttore.

pulizia e cortesia , posizione dell'hotel

A colazione il caffe' e latte erano disgustosi ,non si puo' servire l'orzo al posto del caffe' , non c'era il bar ma venivano erogati da distributori che spesso si vedeva scendere nella tazza l'acqua insieme al latte ,per non parlare del solito dolce tipo ciambella duro come una pietra ...che non ti aspetti da un albergo a quattro stelle....

Ottima la posizione e buonissima cucina!!! Consiglio chiedete alla prenotazione le camere ristrutturate!!!

Purtroppo ci sono state riservate delle camere del 700 appena entrati in camera c'era puzza di vecchio e in più tutte le mattine alle 8:00 iniziava a vibrare il lampadario in camera che ci faceva da sveglia!!!

Das Abendessen ist sehr gut und reichlich, 4 Gänge incl. Vorspeisenbuffet. Was die fleißigen Kellner dort leisten, ist beachtenswert. Leider haben sie nur 1 Stunde Zeit, um das Essen pünktlich zwischen 20°° und 21°° zu servieren. So kommt es vor, dass man den Hauptgang schon bekommt, wenn man noch am 1. oder 2. Gang zu kauen hat. Da alle Hotelgäste um 20°° erscheinen, ist es im Speisesaal nicht nur voll, sondern auch äußerst geräuschvoll..

Das Haupthaus der Villa Svizzera ist ein schöner, alter Bau - nur leider von einer verkehrsreichen Durchgangsstrasse umgeben. Der Lärm ist auch während der Nacht dort hörbar, selbst, wenn die Fenster nach hinten zum Garten hinaus gehen. Da das Hotel Busladungen fröhlicher, meist ital. Senioren, aufnimmt, die gut gelaunt bis Mitternacht palavern oder nach Live-Musik tanzen, kann man dem Lärm nirgends entgehen. Die Zimmer in der Dependance sind jedoch ruhig, nur leider sehr klein und die Dusche jammervoll auf engstem Raum mit einem Vorhang vor dem Klo angebracht.
