Great location. Walking distance to many of the main sights. Friendly and helpful hotel staff. No internet access. Room was very small and looked out onto a stairwell only. |

The staff where attentive and always available without being intrusive. The Hotel is very clean and well maintained and perfectly located for a city break and every room as far as we could see has a balcony onto the street. The thin walls, we could hear the guy in the next room snoring and conversations going on in the reception! |

The location is fantastic - right on the best shopping street in Palermo, and very lively . Room was adequate - it was a bit noisy, but we didn't mind, and it was New Year so we were out in the middle of it anyway. Lack of any English - I know, we were in Italy, but even after we bought a dictionary it was hard. Even simple things like explaining breakfast arrangements or asking for an extra pillow. Also their credit card machine broke and they insisted on being paid in cash, and then didn't give a receipt. Not great... |

The hotel is in the centre of Palermo opposite Teatro Massimo. Eeasy to reach from the Palermo's central statio (buses 101, 103 ), the bus stop is 100m from the hotel. The staff is friendly but could speak English better. Good breakfast, spacious, clean room. |

La situacion en el centro de Palermo es lo mas significativo, sin grandes espectativas. Lo suficiente para dormir despues de patear la ciudad, y sin estar pendiente del coche, que por palermo es mejor no coger para nada. |
