スタッフの方がいつも笑顔で親切、とてお気持ちの良いホテルです。朝食も美味しかった。

古いお屋敷を改装してホテルにしているのでアンティーク調が好きな人には良いでしょうが、嫌いな方には古め- かしく感じるかもしれません。繁華街から少し離れているので、歩くのが嫌いな人には不向きです。

歴史のある建物と花が咲き乱れる庭園に癒されました。価格に含まれる朝食はオリジナルのケーキを初め迷うほ- ど豊富なメニュー。庭でいただいた朝食の素晴らしかったこと。天蓋付きのベッドも家具も趣きがある。泊まっ- た部屋にはバスタブがなかったのだけがざんねんでした。又泊まってみたいホテルです。

ホテル本体の建物とは別の建物に宿泊でした。すこし古さを感じましたが、とても広く清潔でした。フロントに- ついても、レストランの予約をしてくれるなど、親切に対応してくれました。

朝食で犬を連れていましたが、特別に対応していただいて愛犬と食事が出来て感謝しております。

食事も部屋の広さも快適。駅から、歩くのが気にならない程度の距離なので、また利用したい

素敵な雰囲気のあるホテルです。駅やバス停に近くてよかったです。

紅茶メーカーと椅子がもう一つあればいいな、と思いました。

We had a poor start to this hotel. The front desk person was very vague and uniterested which made it difficult to feel welcomed in the hotel. We had no hot water for the first night and were upgraded to a better room at no charge which was lovely. The buffet breakfast is fantastic, it is pretty much continental but they do provide things such as scrambled eggs etc to make it more varied. The building is old, which does account for some maintenance issues such as the hot water but it is a lovely old building. Also, on teh website it clearly states that they serve tea in the saloon every evening for guests but we asked two staff members and they knew nothing about it.

Finally one staff member said they did but it was over five years ago and the don't anymore because not enough guests used the facility. So we had to pay 2 euros for one person to have a cup of tea in our room. We thought this was a bit poor considering it is on the main page of their website.

Large room, walking distance from train station, friendly helpful staff. Good selection at breakfast. Lovely gardens to relax in.

The staff were pleasant and helpful and the rooms were tastefully decorated. The garden presented a nice place to relax and enjoy the surroundings.

I would have loved a lift to take me to my room. Climbing the stairs after a long day was quite an effort.

The atmosphere of the place was old-world charm, an old family home converted into a very comfortable city hotel. There was the added advantage of a delightful, small garden surrounding the house, which was conveniently close to the centre of Florence, without being too close. A comfortable walk along the Arno took 15 minutes to the very heart of Florence.
