This small, family-run hotel offers free parking and uninterrupted views of Lake Garda, just 220 yards away. You can enjoy typical Italian cuisine on the terrace of Edera's restaurant. The Villa Edera features air-conditioned rooms, all with private bathroom, and a balcony overlooking the lake. A continental breakfast buffet is served daily. Surrounded by greenery, the Edera has a quiet position and a direct path to the center of Malcesine, which is about a 15 minute walk away. There is free private parking on site. Great value. Simple but spacious room with an amazing view over the lake. Even a small balcony. A ten-minute walk from the chaos of Malcesine, the Castle and the cable car. Soundproofing is ok, so don't worry about traffic noise once you're inside. Would choose this place again. Be careful of the main road, especially if you have young kids: some crazy overtaking goes on! And it can get noisy out on the balcony.

Fantastic hotel with the best view in town if you are in a front room. Secure parking. Easy walking distance from town. Really helpful polite staff and a quiet location right next to a beach (20 yards). Very clean and excellent room prices and a very filling breakfast. I would highly recommend this 2 star hotel!!!! There was nothing I didnt like about this hotel.

Small family type hotel. Friendly, easygoing. More of an upmarket B&B than hotel. Unfortunately we had a couple of flights of stairs to take as there is no lift, we found that a disadvantage especially as we were there during a heatwave.

Lovely view of the lake and a very short and pleasant walk to Malcesine centre. A bit noisy/smoky from the restaurant downstairs when you left the window open at night.

Everything worked, and the house was nice maintainted / restored. No tv on the room, wich is not important. Nice little walk to townsenter. Some kind of trafic noise with open windows.

Отличное месторасположение. 10 минут до исторического центра вдоль озера. Вид с балкона на замок и озеро. Своя парковка. Рядом пляж. Очень неприятный запах в номере. Неотключающаяся вентиляция в ванной комнате. Очень скромный завтрак.

Litet mysigt familjhotell. Lagom promenad in till Malcesine. Fin frukost. Härlig balkong med utsikt över Gardasjön. Biltrafik störande om man inte stänger balkongdörrarna.

Service/hulvaardigheid van het personeel. Fantasctisch mooi uitzicht over het meer en de bergen De kamer was erg klein. Zat je op het balkon, dat direkt aan de straat ligt, dan hoorde (en zag) je constant het voorbijrazende verkeer.

Schon bei der Anreise fiel uns gleich die freundliche Art der Besitzer auf. Das Auto konnten wir problemlos auf einem überdachten Parkplatz parken. Wir hatten ein renoviertes Zimmer mit Klimaanlage, Laminatboden, gepflegtem Bad und Balkon mit zwei Sesseln, Tisch und traumhafter Aussicht auf den Gardasee. Die Lage des Hotels könnte nicht besser sein: man muss nur die Straße überqueren und ist an einem wunderschönen Strandabschnitt. Liegen für den Strand stehen am Hotel kostenlos zum Ausleihen bereit. Über einen romantischen Weg am See entlang gelangt man direkt ins Zentrum von Malcesine. Das Frühstück war für italienische Verhältnisse sehr gut und reichhaltig. Am Tisch mit Blick auf den See wurde uns frisch gebrühter Cappucino serviert. Wir waren begeistert und kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.

Huone perustasoa, mutta riittävä normaali tarpeisiin. Parvekkeelta loistava näkymä järvelle. Ilmainen parkkipaikka pihassa. Huoneessamme ei ollut televisiota.

Wir hatten 2 wunderschöne Tage im Albergo Villa Edera. Tolles, sauberes Zimmer mit Balkon mit Seeblick und nur wenige Schritte zum Gardasee-Strand! Toll !

De kleinschaligheid en de persoonlijke aandacht. De kamer was prima in orde met een fantastisch uitzicht op het Gardameer en het ontbijt was meer dan goed. Zeker aan te bevelen voor stellen en gezinnen. Het centrum van Malcesine ligt op 5 minuten loopafstand. In het centrum is genoeg te doen om je te kunnen vermaken. Ook de kabelbaan naar Monte Baldo is aan te bevelen!

Eigen parkeerplaats. Als er van tevoren niet is aangegeven dat men 's avonds in het hotel wil dineren dan is geen mogelijkheid tot diner in het hotel en word men naar een ander rrestaurant doorverwezen.

Smukt beliggende hotel med små pæne værelser med altan. Når trafikstøjen ikke er forstyrrende kan man ligge på sengen, se vandet og lytte til bølgerne. Der er 10 minutters gang ad strandpromenaden til den gamle bydel. Aircondition fra kl. 17. og natten igennem.

Die Lage, der Preis & der kostenfreie Parkplatz (bei der Lage am See unabdingbar. Andere Parkplätze sind ewig entfernt). Kein tv & kein Radio. Für Internet-Stream zu schlechtes wlan.
