The staff were most attentive and helpfull. The rooms were clean and confortable and the views were fantastic. The grounds were very relaxing and I hope to return again. |

The hotel was very quiet on a night and we had a wonderful view of the lake and mountains from our balcony. It was away from the main road which we liked. The staff were very attentive and pleasant. |

the location of the villa is amazing on the mountain and you can stay at the pool which is surround it by palm trees; i liked the cleanliness of the room; the breakfast was good; free internet the room is very little and the price seems to much for such a room; we had a problem regarding the fact that we took a 4 adults room ( this was the category we selected) and when we've got there they told us that the rooms are for 3 adults and 1 children; they don't have a kitchen and you are forced to go and eat somewhere else. |

Friendly hosts, an italian experience in a lovely quiet setting. Looking at the stars sitting in the garden after the lights were turned off. No air conditioning, so rooms very hot. With window open problem with insects. |

good, quiet location with parking facilities. Not to big, family owned hotel, friendly. I would suggest they would put some rugs/carpets on the floor in the corridors to the rooms, in order to reduce the noice of the steps on the very nice wooden floor. Some textile decoration on the walls would also help. But this is not a complaint, just a suggestion. |

The hotel is set in a very attractive environment. Close to the lake Como and yet very quiet and peaceful (not disturbed by the heavy "lake" traffic). Ample parking space is available. Nice views of the lake and on the mountains. The breakfast is served on the lovely patio. The rooms are very clean. We received the exact room we had asked for! The family room is in reality smaller than it appears to be on the photos (but isn't that the case with all hotel rooms?). Especially the bathroom is very small for a 4 person room (we used the family room inside the hotel building, not the pool suite). |

The hotel room was big for 2 people, and had a modern, recently renovated bathroom that was quite nice. You could walk down to the main street in a few minutes. The employees were generally helpful and friendly. The value for the amount of money we paid was somewhat disappointing. We paid a super-luxury price and really could have stayed at something comparable for half the price. |

In a wonderful, elevated position above Lake Como with splendid views of the Lake and surrounding mountains from the rooms at the front of the hotel. The staff are friendly, courteous and multi-lingual. There is a feeling that they care for their hotel - the buildings, the grounds and the pool are beautifully kept. Our room was clean and well furnished with a nice lake-view balcony overlooking the gardens and pool and tennis court area. The public areas are clean, tidy and well decorated - with many personal touches that tell you this is a family run business. The ground floor terrace provides a lovely location for breakfast or an evening apperitivo - there are some good local wines available from the bar. The pool is clean and well maintained. Centrally located to explore Lake Como area - 15 minutes from Bellagio (by ferry) & Menagio and 20 minutes from Como city & Lake Locarno. We couldn't find any faults with this charming, family run hotel! |

Very nice Hotel, pictures as in reallity, sometimes the pictures ar much better than in real life but not in this case, very nice hotel, with nice and helpfull staff. Very comfirtable to be able to eat light meals at the hotel. I would stay there again. I would have prefered to stay in the main building were the rooms have the wooden floor, but since I had a yound children then maybee it was better to stay in the building closer to the swimming pool. Only thing that I would also have was one channel for children, since I had 3 and 5 year old with me it would have been grate to be able to let them watch some telly to chill down before sleep since there it not much space to play in a Hotel room. |

This is a lovely friendly hotel with a nice pool and good tennis court. We went last week of may 08 and had the pool and court almost to ourselves. Hotel was about half full but most people are out and about around the lake (Como) all day. We walked to local restaurants each night which are only 15 mins away and its a lovely walk. Would stay again! The room we had was not air conditioned so could be hot in peak season. |

Excelent sejour ! The personal was friendly and very nice! It was a super week-end. There is very quite and close to the village (restaurents).We will came back in summer to use the pool. calm neighborhood. Tennis court. easy parking. noisy, poor sound insulation between rooms. Minimalist breakfast buffet in terms of healthy food. Town where hotel is situated offers nothing, not even dining within walking distance. Very few attractions around main road along lake, poor parking facilities. |

no! never again! 2 days without sleep.Doors are open and closing all the night long.impossible to sleep.Too much noise and you can hear the razor of the guest over you.as i told it to the recepcionist,they just laugh.This hotel is not top,but flop! My toilet is bigger than the bathroom. |

Alle Mitarbeiter inklusive Zimmerpersonal waren sehr freundlich und extrem bemüht. Das Zimmer inklusive Bad war sauber, schön eingerichtet, hatte einen grandiosen Seeblick und Terrasse. Das Haus befindet sich in ruhiger Lage. |

Saubere Anlage, schöne Veranda zum Frühstücken Junior-Chef ist hochnäsig, wenn es um kleinere Beanstandungen geht. Mittags-Snack sind schlimmer als aus der Pommes- Bude. |

Der Park mit den Pflanzen. Der Pool und die Tennisanlage. Der Sitzplatz vor der Juniorsuite. Das Frühstück auf der Veranda beim Haupthaus. Genügend Parkplätze innerhalb der Hotelanlage. Das Reinigungspersonal hätte diskreter arbeiten können. |
