This was our second stay at Villa Gaia and it was as wonderful as our first stay. Sergio made us feel just as welcome as he had done previously which was a huge factor as to why we chose to go back. The rooms are lovely and the view is outstanding, it's a view you can never forget. The breakfast is delicious and definitely the best breakfast we've had anywhere else in Europe. The hotel is in a great location, near to the new town, and is within walking distance to some very good restaurants. Me and my partner don't have a bad word to say about this hotel and wouldn't chose anywhere else to stay in the area.
Quiet, comfortable place with a wonderful couple of chaps running the place. The excellent espresso on arrival was great. The breakfast hall spacious and peaceful. Recommended!
Noisy room, could not sleep very well
The building was a bit old but the rooms were rennovated.it was very clean.very close to city center.great breakfast. Safe free parking.
No good wifi at the third floor but on ground floor was great.
very nice staff, very good breakfast, very nice triple room with a excellent bathroom
Good breakfast (including perfect espresso, capuccino), location near (but not on) the main road, free private parking, nicely decorated breakfast room.
beds too soft.
Sergio is fantastic and gave excellent recommendations. The place is bright and the decor is unique and fun. Breakfast is good. We loved the made to order coffee.
Bathrooms are a little small but manageable.
what a host....looked after our every need...gave very good information of nearby restaurants......just was too good....made us feel at home
Great staff who clearly cared about the hotel and the guests. Friendly, clean and bright.
Great approach to the guests. Very good breakfest - apart from sweet food there was also bread, cheese, ham and fruits (rare in Italy). Spectacular view from the room, spacy, private parking. Good infrastructure in the area. Room was cleaned every day, no issues with wi-fi.
The room was clean but requires rennovation.
We stayed in this nice and comfortable hotel 3 nights and we can say that we had enjoyed our staying/ The crew was polite and tried to help us everywhere . Mr Sergio Casadei, the manager, did all to let us feel well and comfortable, The room was cleen and very comfort, the breakfast was rich and tasty. It was EXCELLENT.
The owner goes out of his way to make everyone comfortable. The room was quite spacious and comfortable. I especially appreciated the modern, clean bathroom. Everything was perfect.
Tutto.everything.Alles. The staff was absolutely excellent, friendly and gentlemanly.we loved the design of Gaia so much.the atmosphere was relaxed and warm like at home. When you go to Chianciano Terme, don't miss it .villa gaia.
We liked the welcome drink. We loved the breakfast room, so bright and lively and, of course, the breakfast, which was really really nice, with plenty of fresh pastries and bread and other stuff. We liked Sergio, of course, hospitable and so kind. I thought I did not like organge before, but the way this colours is used in the hotel is wondeful.
Easy access from highway. Easy to explore the beautiful Val D'Orcia from this hotel. Breakfast was good each morning. Hospitable staff. The view from room was nice.
The bathroom was very small. No hooks for towels. The room was small. I'm sure there are larger rooms available for more money. I started paying attention to room sizes when booking other hotels after this one. Like all Italian hotels, the pillows are flat and firm, and the beds are firm.
The staff was very nice and had wonderful recommendation for thermal pool and dinner options. Stefono's generous breakfast spread was excellent, including a wide variety of home-baked goods that changed daily.
