The best location in all of Rome, even better staff. The staff was very helpful, courteous and friendly. Across street from Pantheon and short walk to Trevi Fountain. Vatican City and Colosseum within walking distance as well. Stayed there one night on 07-20-2009 to start our honeymoon. Left the next day on a mediterranean cruise. Would definitely stay there again. |

Location was excellent - next to the Pantheon. Staff were wonderful. Breakfast was superb. Great rooftop bar. Room was clean and comfortable (although beds a little hard). |

The location can't be beat if you want to walk to see many of Rome's most famous sites such as the Trevi Fountain, the Spanish steps, Piazza Novana, to name a few. There's also a taxi stand less than a block away to take you everywhere else. The room was beautiful, and the views out of our windows even better than the rooms themselves as we had wonderful views of the Pantheon and the piazza below. The friendly, helpful staff made our stay memorable, making suggestions of good places to eat and giving directions to nearby attractions. And since my husband and I know enough Italian to say buon giorno and grazie, the staff's knowledge of English helped us a great deal. The rooftop bar with its beautiful view of Rome and its friendly bartender Michele is definitely worth a visit. Michele even stood on a chair to get a better picture of us with the view of the piazza below. The complimentary breakfast is quite good as well. We had a wonderful stay! I would highly recommend this hotel to any visitors to Rome. The elevator is really small and slow, but it's Rome--all the buildings are old. Its size definitely didn't take away from the ambiance of the hotel. |

The front desk staff were so helpful with restaurant suggestions, so accomodating with our requests for room preferences. The rooms are spectacular. Terrific location. The breakfast was delicious, especially the cappachino. Although rain kept the roof bar from opening, staff escorted us up for very special photos of the fabulous view. Thank you so much for all your considerations. |

the location, the staff at the front desk were very helpful, and the cappicino. I loved my corner room, and would book it again. I didn't like the lifts...they were too small, the lifts were yoo small. |

The location weas fantastic- everything was in walking distance in all directions. The area felt very safe even for late night strolling. There were plenty of reatuarants and cafes to suit all budgets. It was good to be in the very heart of tourist Rome and to feel the buzz of the city. The hotel was very comfortable and the staff very friendly. Most spoke very good English. Nothing. I would definitely use this hotel again. |

The staff was extremely nice and helpful. Luca was alot of laughs and made us feel right at home. I have only one complaint about the hotel; the beds they were too small and hard as a rock. |

The location was very good and the breakfast great. Access to internet nice feature. A clock would have been nice and a label on the alarm which was not a fan, in the shower would have saved the staff some inconvenience and us some embarrasement. |

Front desk staff was excellent and professional. Very helpful with our lost luggage through Alitalia. Good facilility in English at front desk. The rooftop bar is a great place---but was staffed by only one person who was hopelessly slow, failed to acknowledge the presence of people arriving at any of the tables and simply disappeared for long periods of time for no apparent reason. After 20 minutes, the four people in our party gave up waiting for service and left while the one man staff watched us as if he were waiting for a bus. |

Location is wonderful, nice breakfast, staff really helpful and polite. We were given a room with a view to the square and the Pantheon, although we hadn't asked for one during reservation. Room not very spacious, but we didn't plan staying in, so no problem after all. Hotel looks really nice, room was pleasant and very clean. No opinion for other facilities, we stayed in for just one night. |
