The location was superb, and hte hotel staff extremely helpful. The terrace bar overlooks the Pantheon and is a great way to start an evening before moving down to the bars and cafes in the streets. |

Most of the staff was very helpful. The breakfast service was good and the people were excellent and cheery. The location was prime and our room was always clean. The only thing I did not like was that we could not get the air conditioner to be cooler than what it was and there was no fan in the bathroom so when you showered the whole room heated up. |

The location was fabulous...just steps from the Pantheon. The staff was great...welcoming, accomodating, friendly. The hotel is lovely. |

Excellent staff, fantastic location of hotel & room overlooking the Pantheon, spacious room for Rome, excellent cleaning - we look forward to returning. The room temperature was very warm at night versus outside (despite room controllable air-conditioning) but as the reverse would apply in summer, this will be a positive for summer visitors as the hotel will be cooler than outside. |

Closeness to the key sites in Rome: walking distance to Piazza Navona, the Colosseo, and it was situated right in front of the Pantheon. Great location and lots of good eateries. The front desk staff tended to be short on patience but otherwise the rest of the staff was very pleasant to us. |

Small hotel, personal experience, staff friendliness especially Roberto. Location was good to experience Naples and we got good recommendations on restaurants etc. Because it was off season the bar was generally in darkness at night time so when we came back in, we had to suggest we would like to have a drink. The staff immediately opened everything and could not be more helpful, however it gives an impression that you want your guests to go to bed. |

The wonderful front corner room overlooking the Pantheon and the central location in "Old Rome". Staff very helpfull-very nice. Some night noise from the square if you leave the windows open on the front rooms but with windows closed it is not a problem. |

The location is superb - right in the middle of Rome. Our room was large and overlooked the Pantheon. Drinks on the rooftop bar gave a wonderful vista of Rome at night. |

The hotel is in a great location to visit all of the sights in Rome (and most within walking distance). The staff could not be more courteous, friendly or helpful. The rooftop bar is a perfect place for early evening drinks as the sun sets over the piazza below. Overall, a great place to stay! |
