Veldig bra og hyggelig hotell, til og med ok frokost. Utrolig sentral og fin lokalisering ift turist-ting. Ingen store negative ting. Kunne godt vært mer enn CNN på engelsk på tv når de reklamerer med satelitt-tv. Ikke det billigste, men ok ift standard. |

Front desk staff was excellent and professional. Very helpful with our lost luggage through Alitalia. Good facilility in English at front desk. The rooftop bar is a great place---but was staffed by only one person who was hopelessly slow, failed to acknowledge the presence of people arriving at any of the tables and simply disappeared for long periods of time for no apparent reason. After 20 minutes, the four people in our party gave up waiting for service and left while the one man staff watched us as if he were waiting for a bus. |

Location is wonderful, nice breakfast, staff really helpful and polite. We were given a room with a view to the square and the Pantheon, although we hadn't asked for one during reservation. Room not very spacious, but we didn't plan staying in, so no problem after all. Hotel looks really nice, room was pleasant and very clean. No opinion for other facilities, we stayed in for just one night. |

The location was perfect. We were able to walk to almost all of the major sites. The staff was helpful. Our room was clean. The rooftop terrace was great. We had 3 young children with us and the room and hotel worked well for us. |

The room was spacious and clean and the location of the hotel was excellent. The breakfast was the only fault I would have with the hotel. It did not offer alot of variety. |

The location was superb, and hte hotel staff extremely helpful. The terrace bar overlooks the Pantheon and is a great way to start an evening before moving down to the bars and cafes in the streets. |

Most of the staff was very helpful. The breakfast service was good and the people were excellent and cheery. The location was prime and our room was always clean. The only thing I did not like was that we could not get the air conditioner to be cooler than what it was and there was no fan in the bathroom so when you showered the whole room heated up. |
