The hotel is perfectly situated so that you have access to everything. The decor is lovely and the staff are very friendly. The perfect place to stay in Siena. Sometimes the wireless internet was a bit low on connectivity from the hotel room, but in the foyer it was fine. |

Excellent location and one of the only parking places in the center of the city was just a few minutes away. Did not have hot water for shower one morning. Breakfast was very simple. |

Excellent location, basic but clean and comfortable, friendly staff, reasonably priced The breakfast is not great - the coffee is particularly dissapointing. But there are plenty of bars nearby! |

The location is great, and the breakfast is pretty good too. we kept the window shutter closed day and night because it looked directly into a few rooms across the narrow alley. |

Location close to bus terminal and the interesting sites Extremely small room and bathroom which smelled of chlorine. The tiny room had three beds which we didn't need. Breakfast too basic |

Fantastic location, just a 5 minute walk from the Campo! Big windows with shutters in the room that let in lovely light. Large bathroom, tons of hot water, a window that actually opened up over the street (high enough no one could see in) and a bidet! Fresh lines daily. The room was oddly shaped but everything else made up for it. |

The closeness to everything in the city, buses and trains and included. It was tourist friendly and the staff were very helpful. They spoke a variety of languauges. Always a staff member on the desk who spoke English. The breakfast was continental style and very limited for choice. The expresso coffee was Good!! |

Fantastic location and no curfew. Staff were really friendly and helpful. Wireless internet was great. Breakfast was simply but tasty. Not really a complaint, but we had to leave our room to access the wireless internet - I'm guessing just because of the thickness of the walls. |

Very friendly, helpful staff. Excellent location if arriving/leaving by bus and for visiting the old sites. The room was large, comfortable and very clean. The hotel was noisy; people in the hall sounded like they were in your room, as did the neighbouring rooms plumbing. Breakfast lacked imagination. Hotel needed an iron. |

The hotel was convenient for the Campo and had large rooms. There is better options in Siena. The breakfast was not good -- instant coffee and bread -- in a cramped room. It is much better to go out and experience the cafes of Siena. The front desk was not particularly friendly. |

The room we stayed in was huge and clean. The hotel was very centrally located in a lovely town. A lovely buffet breakfast was included. There was no fridge or tea and coffee making facilties, common in Italy. |

Excellent location, very friendly and helpful staff Thin walls, old fixtures, however surprisingly in good condition for a 800+ year old building |

The central location was ideal - near to the major sites and the bus terminal where the trips out to surrounding towns started. The staff at the hotel were particularly helpful and pleasant. |

Great location, easy to find and close to bus station. Room was comfortable enough and shower was actually a decent enough size. Great staff, acceptable breakfast. |

The staff were all polite and helpful, and it was easy to find at night. Softer/thicker towels would be nice (but then again, maybe they use the thinner ones to prevent "disappearing towels"?!). |

Very friendly staff every time I passed at frontdesk. Very helpful when I asked some information. The corridors are a little confusing to find your room |
