The view is amazing. I could've sat on that balcony forever. The hotel has a great continental breakfast with ocean views and great service. the hotel was full service. I mailed letters, we got a massage, they told us where things were, they walked our luggage to parking (1/4 mile) etc. The water in the jacuzzi tub in the room was not hot. very disappointing. On top of that, they didn't heat the community jacuzzi, which looked awesome. The attendant was a little rude at first, but then I warmed up to her. |

The hotel is a veery good 3 star quality hotel. The staff are excellent, the restaurant is good and the views from the "view" rooms are spectacular. No. Everything was satisfactory |

The location in Positano is excellent as it provides wonderful views of the Amalfi. The hotel was clean and quiet and served our needs for our stay in the Amalfi for a few days. Enjoyed our private balcony It's amenities are a bit tired - could use some updating and refurbishing -given the excellent location, I think a bit of re-furbishing could make this hotel event better, i.e. the dining room at night could be made more inviting. |

The view was wonderful---the room was very clean and the breakfast was good. There are a lot of steps--carrying any luggage is quite a workout. This is true, however, for many of the hotels in the area. |

Spectacular view; close to good restaurants; friendly, and very helpful staff; terrace room great spot to drink some vino rosso and admire the view; parking lot (Parking Milano) literally just next door and porter carries bags up to hotel; staff advice on trip to Blue Grotto was spot on (Lucibello). Just a little too far out of town. About 20min walk to town, so probably would stay closer in next time (however, hotel is right on local bus line so don't let that put you off). 100 steps up to hotel works off any overindulgence in pizza |

The place is breath taking and the views are absolutely gorgeous. The service of the hotel was great. We had a wonderful time and would love to return anyday! When going to the beach you have to take over 600 stairs to go down, and of course the route to come up. The beach is definitely worth going to however it is a climb back. I do not reccommend it for people with disabilities or someone lacking the enthousiasm to take a challenge with stairs. |

the staff are extremely helpfull. The breakfast was of a high standard. The view was spectacular The hotel is further away from the main beach then is shown on the website. There was a charge for the use of the sun terrace for the 2 days we spent there |

Beauty of Positano and the Amalfi Coast TV with only a few channels (and most of them in Italian) not enough in today's world - would be nice if wireless internet was available |

The staff was friendly and the views were really fantastic. While Positano is very hilly, getting to the hotel from the road was not easy. Would like to have known that there are nearly 50 stairs from path to the hotel. |

Loved the staff and the breakfast in the morning was very nice. The view from our balcony was beautiful. The room was very clean, and very pretty. We very much enjoyed this stay. This wasn't a problem for us, but it is a bit of a walk down to the city. Those with children might want to be aware of this. The beds were a little uncomfortable, but I prefer softer beds, so it could have been me as well. |

the views from our patio parking and stairs are a problem in Positano but hotel has a parking lot and someone to do the luggage so that worked out. Would be good to have directions with reservation as to where to park when coming to hotel and how to manage the luggage- with prices attached. |

Beautiful hotel - beautiful views - very relaxing - great amenities (restaurant has very good food and service), absolutely priceless sea and mountain views from the restaurant, the solarium deck, and from our bedroom deck. All the hotel employees seemed to be multilingual and so were very helpful to us, they knew English well and it was a great comfort to us. |

The scenery was amazing. We had a huge balcony overlooking the coast. We didnt want to leave. Positano can be a little difficult to travel to and travel around. But once you figure that out, the hotel is amazing. |
