The hotel was very central to the port and shopping plus the historical area. We liked it and would recommend this hotel as we found it good. Like all hotels in Naples your impression can be tainted by the griffetti and rubbish lying around and if you arrive on a Sunday this is highlighted as everything is shut but as soon as a week day arrives everything is buzzing and you do not notice the dirt and rubbish so much and I do like this city and the people. |

Beautifully fitted with all mod cons, central location but... The hotel's staff rotten and greedy attitude is the biggest problem! We had to change our booking from 5 to 4 nights, arriving about a day later, of which we notified the hotel 2 weeks in advance. They replied to say that no refund will be given as booking was made on special offer. I didn't ask for refund, I knew that the fare was non refundable. When we arrived at 8a.M. the hotel receptionist told us to go away until 1p.M. which is their normal check-in time. I argued that our room should be ready, we paid for the last night and should be allowed to stay now and have our breakfast which was also paid for. No chance! We sat in MacDonalds for 5hrs, it was pouring with rain! All they want is your money, keep away from that place!!! |

Nicely located in the heart of the city, recently redecorated (sometimes it looks the works are still in progress) hotel, which might repel you at first, but inside is very nice. The air-co could was a bit loud. And Italian hotels have different feeling about "continental breakfast". |

The location was just perfect. And excellent cappucino in the morning. The hotel was being renovated and they still hadn't finished the work, but everything was nice and new. I think one of the men in the reception was very rude and wasn't service minded at all. The room wasn't that clean either and that was a shame as everything was so new and could have been perfect. Than they didn't seem to use their lovely terasse at all for breakfast. |

Good location, very close to the center (by foot, even with 4-years children) Common breakfest (just coffee/tea and cakes/braed with jam). I really miss any cheese or ham :( |

The rooms are exceptionally clean and the staff exceptionally friendly and helpful. Also the location is just brilliant - right in the city centre and close to the harbour but still quiet as located in a side street. |

The hotel has an excellent position in the city, is very clean and the rooms are modern, well furnished and very comfortable. We could not have got better value for money! Breakfast is a little on the dull side but the coffee is good! |

The room was large, had air-conditioning - an essential for Naples in summer! - and was clean. Also, well positioned for exploring the old part of Naples. Desk staff were a little cool. |

aircondition is noisy, but efficient. Nice room. Very clean bathroom. Don't expect many words in English (or French or German) neither at the hotel nor in general, but most people are quite helpful. I think the heat was on in the bathroom (floor). It really isn't necessary on hot summer days. |

It is the best Value for Money choice. Near the Historic Center, in a good area - without troubles. Big room, newly renovated, very clean. Needs better breakfast room, the existing one is dark and devaluate the Hotel. Needs frond restoration. |

Super Location, small street behind the Piazza Bovio, 4 min to Porto and 4 min to Histor. center! They makes a beautiful renovation now 02.2009, our room was very big with beautiful lighting. There are a small food shop 1 meter right with Mortadella, Proscutto, Wines... The big shopping street from Piazza Bovio brings, after 20 min walking, to the Railway station Piazza Garibaldi. Cold floor |

La situación es ideal, en pleno centro histórico y a unos 15 minutos a pie de la estación de tren. El personal es bastante correcto y las habitaciones, aunque sin grandes pretensiones, son espaciosas, limpias y bien equipadas. El desayuno es modesto, pero no te quedas con hambre. La verdad es que, por lo que nos costó el hotel (48 euros una noche), no se puede pedir más. Está en una calleja bastante sucia y destartalada, aunque hay que decir que casi todas las calles del centro histórico son así. Al menos, no es tan lóbrego como las cercanías de la estación. |

Un albergo moderno posto nel centro storico antico.Strategica posizione per visitare la citta' ed ottimo qualita prezzo. L'hotel è andato bene, in due abbiamo pagato 48 euro con una ricca colazione all'italiana.Il contesto all'esterno rappresenta la Napoli vecchia..ma a soli due passi c'è piazza municipio e piazza plebiscito.Hotel strategico per i turisti. |

Gefallen hat mir die Nähe zur Piazza del Plebiscito und damit zum Wohnviertel meiner Freunde. Die Zimmer waren sehr geräumig und gepflegt. Alle Möbel, Einrichtung etc. waren nagelneu - entspricht 4-Sterne-Standard, der allerdings durch schlechten Service beim Frühstück reduziert wird. Da ich selbst in einem Hotel gearbeitet habe, weiß ich, wie man sich Gästen gegenüber verhalten sollte ...Rezeptionsmitarbeiter waren jedoch sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Der Lärm der Autos ließ sich nur mit Ohropax ertragen. Unangenehm war auch die Bedienung beim Frühstück, die mir nach meiner Bestellung von 1 Cappuccino und 1 Tasse Espresso mitteilte, dass jeder Gast nur ein Anrecht auf eine Tasse habe. Allerdings hat sie mir trotzdem eine zweite Tasse gebracht. Ich hatte den Eindruck,dass sie keine Lust hatte, ständig Kaffee zu kochen - anstatt sich mit ihren Kollegen zu unterhalten. Mein Vorschlag: die Anschaffung einer Kaffeemaschine, die von den Gästen selbst bedient werden kann. Frühstück war - wie ich nicht anders erwartete - für Leute gedacht, die morgens keine Zeit zum Frühstücken haben .... |

L'hotel è situato in una posizione ottimale, al centro città ed in una zona piuttosto tranquilla per quanto riguarda la sicurezza. L'esterno dell'hotel è molto degradato, compresa la via dove si trova e le stanze presentano solo una finestrella alta che è un pò angusta. Io mi sono fatto cambiare la camera ma anche l'altra, benchè la camera fosse più ampia, la finestrella era uguale alla prima. Colazione continentale, solo fette biscottate e marmellate e burro, ed un cornetto a richiesta, non c'era altro. |

Accessibilité, confort et disponibilité de l'accueil très performant. Quartier sécurisant. L'hôtel devrait profiter de l'implantation du métro dans les années futures. Petit déjeuner très sommaire - manque des fruits et du pain (1 dépot de pain à 50m) |

Hotel bien situé (près du centre historique) et bien renové, chambres design. Très bon expresso au petit déjeuner. Très bon rapport qualité/prix. Nous avons du changer de chambre car la 1ere, par temps de pluie, etait bruyante (pluie qui cogne sur le plafond). A priori seulement une chambre concernée par ce désagrément. |

Alibus, Molo Beverello, und Porto di Massa gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. Gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Lebensmittel und Getränke) in unmittelbarer Nähe. Nur ein deutscher Fernsehsender (DW). Kein Frühstück vor 8.00 Uhr aber es gab um 6:30 Espresso oder Kaffee |
