Labs un drošs novietojums: uz vecpilsētas ārējās robežas, pietiekami tuvu transportam un apskatīšanas vērtām vietām, bet vienlaikus pietiekami tālu no dzelzceļa stacijas nepatīkamās apkaimes. ēKa nesen remontēta.

ēRtību ziņā it visā pietrūkst kāda svarīga nieka: nav ziepjutrauka, nav plauktiņa kosmētikas novietošanai, nav neviena āķa dvieļiem un drēbēm vannasistabā, dvieļu žāvētājs nedarbojas U. tml.

The great location, clean and big rooms, excellent value for the money

The staff were helpful and the terrace for breakfast was lovely. The hotel is near to all the main sights and the historical centre.

The area was very noisy felt unsafe.

The hotel was very comfortable and an excellent value for the money. It was close to many of the scenic areas in the Centro Storico/University area. We would definitely stay there again!

It was quite a walk from the main train station and the trains to Pompeii/Herculaneum, but that just gave us good exercise!

The location is great near bus and metro station. The hotel is recently renovated. The stuff is friendly.

Internet was slowly.

In the old city center, you can reach almost every touristic place by walking. Kindly staff - recently renovated hotel typical 3* - shouldn't have great expectations

The a/c in the room makes too much rumour so had to turn it down.

The staff were friendly, the room was big and clean and the location was great.

The hotel is just ten minutes walk from city center. The room offered was quite large enough for two persons and clean.

The Wi-fi was not strong in our room.

Bed was a bit hard but can't complain

Beautiful, large room that was very clean and seemed very new! Can't fault the facilities at the hotel, it was just beautiful!

The staff were very unpleasant. The man that checked us in was useless and all the other staff at Reception we came into contact with seemed disinterested, unhelpful and grumpy.

Staff was not kind,single room has a small window at the top of the wall,although it was said that when we made the reservation it was a room with a balcony,on the 3rd day of our stay the hot water supply was cut ,they told us that it would be serviced the following day ,but it was not.so we had to go to our friends room to have a shower for 2 days, very poor wi- fi connection and each time you should go to the reception for a new password. Very poor breakfast

Location

Albego del Golfo is situated in a good location. Close to the port where I think the major activity is i.e. to reach the islands. I found the area quite safe. Hotel is also clean.

We arrived very early and only wanted to leave our bags. The Manager/Receptionist was a very very rude man. The breakfast was poor The location was OK - we only had one night - but was a long way from the Main railway and not close to a Metro/Underground. It was very close to the Universite station but it was a different line and required changes. Very close to a bus stop but you need to be very careful on buses especially crowded ones

Very nice modernly renovated hotel.

Getting connected to the wifi is difficult. They give you a username and password for a limited time of 2 hours but getting to the login portal is a problem. Once logged on and connected wifi internet reception is ok and fast. Don't understand why they make it this difficult to connect because the internet is free of charge for hotel guests. Airconditioning didn't work sufficiently. Still around 29 degrees in the room while airconditioning was set to 18.

We stayed in a quadruple room-very spacious.The room and hotel was clean and the air-conditioning was most welcome. The hotel is close to the harbor to take the early morning ferry to Capri.Hotel is 5min walk to the railway station. The staff was helpful and friendly. Good value for money.

This hotel is conveniently located in the centro storico, close to the main squares (Duomo) and only 5 minutes from the harbour for the ferries to wherever you want to go. It's quiet, the room we had, was very modern, cool, and offered enough space for the four of us. The roof terrace (with street view) was a nice place to relax. Breakfast was fine, although coffee from a machine should be forbidden.

Staff did not speak any English and preferred to walk away from you. They returned when I continued in my poor Italian. They are friendly however, just a bit afraid of foreign languages.

Good location, the new metro station Universiti is 100 meters, but easily accessible all part of this beautiful city by foot. Newly renovated, werry modern room, clean

Breakfast, apparently italian eat sweet breakfast (croissant, marmalade ets.. .), this is not my taste

The location of the hotel was fine and I didn't have any problems with the staff. The hotel is very simple, but also very economic.

The room was very small and simple, the bad and the bathrom also - very very small. The room was without windows. The air conditioning worked in a very strange, complicated and funy way. And because of all this reasons, of course, the room had very strange smell.

Good location in historic center of Naples near transportation for port and bus to train station and airport. Clean rooms and nice terrace. Low price.

Despite the things noted above, I cannot recommend a stay here. I was there during the hottest part of the year and the air conditioner in my room was not working. It was not fixed and I was told it was too much trouble to move me. When I insisted, I was moved to another room adjoining a very loud group. When I called at 1:30 in the morning to ask the clerk to request they keep the noise down I was told they were just young guys and that's the way they are. I had to move back to my oven of a room for the quiet but was unable to sleep due to the intense heat. I have never been treated with such rudeness by a hotel. To quote another reviewer on this site - "Lo staff sembrava essere li a fare un favore ai clienti, molto sgarbati e maleducati." The staff does not care. They were always rude and dismissive. The breakfast is horrid. Instant coffee served in the land of great coffee! Pay a little more and and save yourself the grief. These hoteliers are not interested in doing business or pleasing their guests.

i loved the location and the size of the room i think they could improve the breakfast with better quality of food, the selection was there but did not impress me much they were as helpful as i requested
