De kamer, in dit hotel dat nog niet helemaal is ingericht, maaar wel aan moderne standaarden geheel voldoet, had geen raam maar alleen een klein bovemlicht, waardoor een enigszins gevangenisachtig gevoel zo nu en dan kwam opzetten. |

perfect location in the historical center from were you can go visit on foot( no need bus or subway , recently renovated. i strongly recommend this hotel because price / quality ratio and location Staff at the reception a bit cold, we had a high window which the view was in a terrace toward the trash. in the rest everything was good |

The hotel was very central to the port and shopping plus the historical area. We liked it and would recommend this hotel as we found it good. Like all hotels in Naples your impression can be tainted by the griffetti and rubbish lying around and if you arrive on a Sunday this is highlighted as everything is shut but as soon as a week day arrives everything is buzzing and you do not notice the dirt and rubbish so much and I do like this city and the people. |

Beautifully fitted with all mod cons, central location but... The hotel's staff rotten and greedy attitude is the biggest problem! We had to change our booking from 5 to 4 nights, arriving about a day later, of which we notified the hotel 2 weeks in advance. They replied to say that no refund will be given as booking was made on special offer. I didn't ask for refund, I knew that the fare was non refundable. When we arrived at 8a.M. the hotel receptionist told us to go away until 1p.M. which is their normal check-in time. I argued that our room should be ready, we paid for the last night and should be allowed to stay now and have our breakfast which was also paid for. No chance! We sat in MacDonalds for 5hrs, it was pouring with rain! All they want is your money, keep away from that place!!! |

Nicely located in the heart of the city, recently redecorated (sometimes it looks the works are still in progress) hotel, which might repel you at first, but inside is very nice. The air-co could was a bit loud. And Italian hotels have different feeling about "continental breakfast". |

The location was just perfect. And excellent cappucino in the morning. The hotel was being renovated and they still hadn't finished the work, but everything was nice and new. I think one of the men in the reception was very rude and wasn't service minded at all. The room wasn't that clean either and that was a shame as everything was so new and could have been perfect. Than they didn't seem to use their lovely terasse at all for breakfast. |

Good location, very close to the center (by foot, even with 4-years children) Common breakfest (just coffee/tea and cakes/braed with jam). I really miss any cheese or ham :( |

The rooms are exceptionally clean and the staff exceptionally friendly and helpful. Also the location is just brilliant - right in the city centre and close to the harbour but still quiet as located in a side street. |

The hotel has an excellent position in the city, is very clean and the rooms are modern, well furnished and very comfortable. We could not have got better value for money! Breakfast is a little on the dull side but the coffee is good! |

The room was large, had air-conditioning - an essential for Naples in summer! - and was clean. Also, well positioned for exploring the old part of Naples. Desk staff were a little cool. |

aircondition is noisy, but efficient. Nice room. Very clean bathroom. Don't expect many words in English (or French or German) neither at the hotel nor in general, but most people are quite helpful. I think the heat was on in the bathroom (floor). It really isn't necessary on hot summer days. |

It is the best Value for Money choice. Near the Historic Center, in a good area - without troubles. Big room, newly renovated, very clean. Needs better breakfast room, the existing one is dark and devaluate the Hotel. Needs frond restoration. |

Super Location, small street behind the Piazza Bovio, 4 min to Porto and 4 min to Histor. center! They makes a beautiful renovation now 02.2009, our room was very big with beautiful lighting. There are a small food shop 1 meter right with Mortadella, Proscutto, Wines... The big shopping street from Piazza Bovio brings, after 20 min walking, to the Railway station Piazza Garibaldi. Cold floor |

la tranquillità della struttura,disponibiltà del personale camere ampie e pulite, struttura nuova,facilità di spostamento ottimo rapporto qualità\prezzo tutto ok unica nota stonata che fa abbassare il giudizio precipitosamente sono i piumoni evidentemente sporchi(ed è capitato due volte)consigliamo di cambiarli o di usare dei copripiumini più igienici. |

Ottima posizione ed eccellente rapporto qualità prezzo... L'Albergo è stato appena ristrutturato è garantisce un confort più che adeguato alla cateoria. a) Seppure non vi sono osservazioni sulla pulizia generale della camera, la coperta posta sul letto presentava delle macchie. b) La colazione non presentava una significativa varietà di alimenti e la qualità era piuttosto scarsa. |
