- Air conditioning was working and was silent. - Bathroom was clean and reasonably well equipped. - Sheets and blankets were clean. - Maid who helped at breakfast was nice (although she did't understand nor speak any English). - Lady at Reception on Monday morning and Tuesday morning declared, in Italian, that she did not understand English. - Bedroom (although reserved almost 2 months before and charged almost a month in advance), on floor minus one (although called "piano 1"), was unsafe, because very accessible from the street, dark and unpleasant because located in an ugly and not cared for backyard. - Breakfast (announced as "rich buffet") was suposed to be served until 10.00 a m, but at 9.30 there was very little food left and no fresh bread at all. Besides, there is a warning in the lift and in the bedrooms threatening customers, in English and Italian, that they would be charged in the hotel bill if breakfast foodstuff was found in the bedroom. I think this is very unpolite, if not illegal, since they are not supposed to search clients' bedrooms.

The staff was friendly and they helped us with our daughter. The location is rather good for sightseeing. The photos at booking are different from the real life, our room was old and little with no place to put our baggage.

Small but very nice hotel and very friendly staff. The hotel is practically in the city center and only ten minutes from the main square. Also, the hotel is on great location if visiting Fair. If traveling by car note that hotel has no parking and sometimes it is difficult to find an empty parking place. If you park your car in the surrounding streets, note the sign for the washing of streets during the night. Parking service will take your vehicle even if you paid for parking.

Good location and friendly staff. Good breakfast. Tiny shower. Had to pay for WiFi Internet. Original room had loud high-pitched noise when neighbours used shower, so we asked and were moved to another room.

The breakfast was good and the temperature inside the bedroom as well. Very economic. The room was small for 3 people and we found cigarettes inside the toilet the first day!

Albergo con ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo. La posizione non è centrale ma davanti all'albergo c'è una fermata dalla quale è possibile prendere bus per il centro o per la stazione. L'albergo non è il massimo, ma per il prezzo che ha non si può chiedere di più

El hotel es sencillo pero bastante cómodo. La ubicación es excelente, el centro se encuentra a 10 minutos caminando. El desayuno está de lujo. El personal muy amable. Una gran opción.

Nessun commento positivo, a parte la non troppo elevata distanza dal centro di bologna. Lo staff femminile è sgarbato come mai mi era capitato di trovare in una struttura alberghiera. Siamo scesi per la colazione/buffet alle 9 e non c'era praticamente più niente. Le stanze hanno muri talmente fini che si sente anche il respiro delle persone nella stanza accanto, per non parlare delle sirene delle ambulanze visto che c'è l'ospedale di fronte all'hotel. Non esistono parcheggi gratuiti nel giro di un chilometro dall'hotel. La metà degli armadi della stanza erano chiusi a chiave e quindi inutilizzabili. In definitiva: fortemente sconsigliato.

La posizione Dovevamo iniziare il nostro soggiorno alle ore 14, essendo arrivati verso le 11 in città abbiamo chiamato l'hotel chiedendo se era possibile entrare prima in stanza solo per poterci cambiare 10 minuti , ci è stato risposto dalla signora al telefono che non ci sarebbe stato nessun problema, ma ci è stata chiesta la modica cifra di 30 euro in più, questo a dimostrazione della non effettiva serietà dell'albergo.

Posizione vicino al centro e specialmente all'università (ero a Bologna per vedere una laurea), buona pulizia. La stanza era in un sottoscala, sotto il livello stradale, e usciti dalla stanza si era praticamente all'esterno dell'albergo.
