The staff were very helpful and kind. The rooms were very clean. Unfortunately the walls of the rooms was very thin and you heard all noises from the rooms next to yours and above yours, it was difficult to sleep. The location was a bit far from the metro and not many resturants in the area. |

Rooms were clean and warm Not a good area! Day staff very good, night staff not interested. We only booked this hotel as our son was going to a concert nearby. |

I had an idea what kind of hotel with that value already. Did not have any expectation. I was just spending 6 hours to have some sleep and freshen up before I leave early in the morning to the Linata airport. First reason to choose this hotel was for location that suposed to be closer to Linata airport. But not at all. They need to change the distance for sure. Just better to stay close to the Milan main train station which I used to do. Anyway the worse thing happened was there was no hot water for shower, not even warm. In the end of October! Still did did not fix next day morning. Thank to them to helping me having a cold!! I was not happy with that situation and felt almost suing them or refund. I did not want to give front desk staff big complain first in the morning but I was very mad for that. I am sure I will use booking.com again in the future but not that hotel again ever. |

don't stay here... it's not worth the money: it doesnt feel like a 3 star hotel... more like 1 star. |

最初はバスタブがない部屋でいたのを、予約内容と違うと伝えたら、時間はかかりましたが、ちやんとバスタブ- のある部屋にかえてくてました！海外の安いﾎﾃﾙはこのような場合全然受け入れてくれない場合が多いのです- が、たすかりました！まあ、当然の事なんですけど！ 最初に予約内容と違う部屋に紹介された事。 |

niente. solo il prezzo. puzza di fumo assurdo nelle camere. Ho chiesto di poter fare la colazione 5 minuti prima delle 7 ma mi hanno fatto aspettare fino alle 7 in punto. |

самый обычный бюджетный отель, ужасное расположение. Шатлом не возможно воспользоваться, когда не ходит общественный транспорт, например в 5 утра. |

La camera con arredamenti un po' datati è comunque provvista dei comfort essenziali...gli asciugamani mancanti ci sono stati forniti dopo richiesta alla reception. Il rumore che proviene dal corridoio durante le ore notturne. La colazione è molto scarsa per un hotel a 3 stelle e le bevande calde non vengono portate al tavolo.L'ascensore alquanto vecchiotto era pure fuori servizio. |
