Absolutely incredible location, opposite the Palazzo Ducale and the Duomo! The breakfast area, nothing to write home about and not worth Euro 11 per person. Lots of little cafes within 100 m from the hotel offer same for much less

Good location. Food was quite good. Hotel was clean Staff not particularly helpful or friendly. Bed rather uncomfortable. Facilities not really up to standard (free wifi is a must these days - usd5 per hour is absurd)

it's right at the heart of Urbino, literally 1 minute away from the Palazzo Ducale, and it has a very practical parking in the courtyard. Good breakfast, but pricy, if not included in the package. The decor is quite unpleasant, with its shocking blue doors and post-modern motifs around the lift. the original architecture is ancient, so a kinder, more respectful style would be welcome - contemporary art and design don't need to clash with the eye, in order to please it. Rooms are large and comfortable.

This is a simple, clean, no frills hotel with helpful desk managers, comfortable beds and magnificent location just across from a spectacular renaissance castle, or super-palazzo, that should be considered among the wonders of the world...If you are traveling to Urbino, you will find yourself among the very few tourists who know its charms, and the place to stay is here.

The location. The kindness of the staff. The excellent breakfast tables. The ability to park our car in such a central location. All of these factors are excellent. This was the only hotel in 3 weeks Italian touring that made an extra charge for wi-fi connection. Even comparatively economical other hotels provided free wi-fi, therefore I think that this should have been included with the hotel price, which is a four-star quality: at four- star quality I think one should expect wi-fi included with the de-luxe double price these days.

perfect location close to the palazzo and duomo. Secure parking . The first impression on entering the hotel is disappointing . The lobby area is cluttered and untidy . It would take a half hour to rectify the situation as the basic structure is quite impressive .

The hotel was situated right in the centre of Urbino and therefore it was wonderful to be able to pop back to the hotel if we felt like it. We had a large comfortable room which enabled us to completely relax after visiting the cathedral, the palace and the museum. During our stay there seemed to be a problem with the air conditioning - it didn't seem to work properly and in the room couldn't be adjusted. This made it very hot during the night. The pillows were a bit hard.

The town of Urbino is wonderfyul and the hotel is very central. The breakfasts were also superb! Though the publicityliteratutre said ther ooms had safes and tea making facilities ours (110) had neither This was inconvernient and poorer than other far cheaper hotels we stayed in in Italy this summer I do think the literature ought to be accurate!

Center of the city oppsoite the Ducal Palace. Rather unispiring courtyard view from window and sound of airconditioning on throughout the night. The hotel has no restaurant and breakfast is expensive and not included in the room rate.

A great location right across from the Ducal palace in Urbino. The non fuctioning light problem in our original room was quickly resolved by a very nice maid (and english speaking from USA! ) who relocated us into a nicer room. Parking ( 9e/night ) is in own internal court and like gold in a italian hill town. WIF , unlike many hotels, worked well. Breakfast buffet is extensive. Beds are extremely firm,a plus or minus depending on your preference..

“A wonderful place to relax and have absolutly delicious food. All the food is local and prepared on site, and it tastes just like that. Best Cannonoli I ever tasted. Salads were fresh and crisp.
