The airlines lost my luggage,which took four days to finally receive it. The gentlemen in the front desk were extremely helpful in assisting me in retreiving my luggage. I would definitely recommend this hotel. I accidently sat on a reserved table during my first breakfast there. I didn't see the sign until a very rude kitchen employee pointed it out to me. I overheard the man talking about me to his female assistant. That was definitely in very poor!!!! taste. Other than this experience, everything else was Great!!! |

Very quiet hotel. The staff was nice especially the night guard. Breakfast ok (although there was no hot chocolate, orange juice was chemical). Location, very close to the central station, practical to go to Pompei, Vesuvio etc.. The environment of the hotel is not very nice but we never felt unsafe. Room was cleaned every day, towels changed and soap refilled. No free internet but price ok (6€ for 3 hours), shower needs to run more than 15 minutes to get hot water !! Air conditioning was not very strong so it was pretty warm in the room. |

The front desk staff was helpful and internet use at hotel was convenient. Requests made when we booked were accommodated. Proximity to train station was a plus. |

Nice friendly staff. Requests for assistance were promptly dealt with. Good central location for trains and buses. All parts of naples were within reasonable walking distance. Fairly noisy area. Breakfast spread was somewhat limited. Shower cabinet was very small. Given the very reasonable price, the hotel still offers good value for travellers on a limited budget. |

Az elhelyezkedés nagyon jó, a központtól és a reptéri busztól pár perc. Ugyan a város nagyon zajos, de a szálló elhelyezkedése miatt nem hallani szinte semmit. A reggeli jó volt, a tisztaság is megfelelő. Gyerekágy ingyenes, a 3 ágyas szoba pedig úgy nézett ki, hogy volt egy 2 ágyas és még egy kisszoba 1 ággyal. (ez a king size bed + single room volt) Mindent összevetve nagyon megérte az árát. The location is very good (in the center and near to the airport bus), not noisy, the breakfast is ok, clean, and the baby cot is free! A képeken szebbek a szobák. On the pictures the rooms seems to be nicer. |

Personale cordiale e disponibile. Veramente ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo. Camere lievemente rumorose a causa di infissi un po' da sistemare. Zona sicura. Qualche brutto ceffo c'era, ma non di più di quelli che si incontrano a Roma o a Milano, consiglio semplicemente di non guardarli. A terra, nelle camere, c'è marmo e non antigienica moquette.
