Litle problem with the internet signal

Breakfast was fine.

The decoration is quite old.

A simple but very nice hotel close to the train station. The staff was nice (especially the owner, speaking perfect French and English and very welcoming and helpful). Nice and clean room. Good breakfast with choice. A great value for the price we paid... Concerning the location, the first impression when going out of the train station might not be the best one. However, even if the hotel is very close to it, it's located in a quiet street, that doesn't look unsafe.

The elevator is quite old and gets blocked if one forgets to close the door. We had to use the stairs 2 times because of that (it's OK because the hotel is on the second floor, but might be a problem with luggages).

Excellent location. Just across from the main train station. Staff friendly, could communicate in english & helpful with local knowledge.

Poor Signage but this is typical of alot of italian places.

My wife and I stayed for 9 days in this hotel, the reception people were all helpful and nice to us. We found the hotel very central especially we travelled to various cities out of florence by train. Thestation is very near to the hotel. Our room was airy and every day was cleaned and looked after. The breakfast was good. The only missing source were the hot toast but still there were good choice of other items to pick up. I highly recommend this hotel.

The lift is old fashioned but remind us of old mafia films . still we had a laugh about this lift.

The location is near to the city attractions, is value for money. The staffs also very polite and helpful.

No coffee and tea and also kettle for boiling water in the room. If you need hot water you must ask from the staff. It is good if the hotel can put electric kettle and also packets of tea or coffee in the room

I materassi sono troppo, ma proprio troppo morbidi, non fanno tanto bene alla schiena!!!

Доброжелательный персонал, работающий интернет (входил в стоимость номера, дополнительно не оплачивала), много каналов на телевизоре (вечером можно было полистать перед сном), теплое одеяло. Первая гостиница из всех, где останавливалась, где в номере не было холодно.

Отель находится на третьем этаже в подъезде старого дома (типа сталинских в Питере), кроме того, там же находятся на разных этажах еще порядка пяти отелей 2-3 звезд. Видимо владелец один и тот же, неприятно было, что выбирала отель, а получился подъезд и этаж в доме. Кстати, там на этой улице действительно несколько подъездов с такими отелями. Очень маленькая "ванная". Был еще один неприятный момент, может быть к отелю отношения не имеющий: в пять утра во вторую ночь разбудил жуткий звук, похожий на то, как стригут газоны. И это при закрытом окне, ну слышимость там везде отличная. Звук был настолько громким, что мне пришлось одеть беруши, и то он проникал. Продолжалось это безобразие чуть больше часа, но никого, похоже, это не обеспокоило.

Todo era muy viejo y destartalado, la cadena del water no funcionaba y el servicio estaba forrado de aglomerado atornillado a la pared. Baldosas del suelo desprendidas, colchones de muelles viejisimos, la instalacion electrica deficiente e insegura...una verdadera pena. Hace 5 años me tuve que hospedar en este mismo hotel con mi pareja y nos encanto, claro que no fueron las mismas habitaciones, ni tan siquiera en el mismo piso. Se ve que si reservas con tiempo te dan las peores habitaciones posibles, es una pena porque tenia un magnifico recuerdo de este hotel, pero lo cierto es que esta vez ha sido una desilusion, tiene dos estrellas pero esta un estado deplorable, no llega ni a pension.

Elegí este hotel por su ubicación y precio, las instalaciones están muy bien acorde calidad/precio. Lo recomiendo a parejas jóvenes que quieran pasar unos dias en la ciudad cerca de la estación y del centro histórico.

Todo muy bien, buena ubicación y recomendable. Se puede ir caminando a los principales sitios turisticos, muy buen barrio y tranquilo a pesar de estar cerca de la estación de tren.

Podrían mejorar las toallas, parecían mas un mantel que una toalla.
