Front desk staff was very friendly & helpful, arranged a room for us in hotel next door as our room was not available due to a medical emergency of the previous guest,provided us with a special treat as it was this writer's birthday during our stay, good breakfast, close & easy to find hotel from train station |

The staff is very friendly and helpful, the breakfast is ok, the room is clean, the hotel is close to the historical sights. The hotel is close to the bus station so the room was quite noisy. |

Excellent help and information from friendly staff. Good size room. Excellent choice at breakfast. Road outside on front of hotel could be noisy but room so comfortable it wasn't a problem |

Friendly staff, speak good English. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Very good location - 1 min walk from the railway station - very convinient if you arrive by train or plane (bus from the airport stops at the railway station). About 10 min walk to the city center. Relatively quiet. The only minor point I can mention is absence of a shower curtain. |

The hospitality and helpfulness of the owner was exceptional. She made us feel very welcome in Florence and interested in what we had done every day and had excellent advice. The location was excellent -- near the train station, but on a fairly quiet side street. The small elevator to the hotel floor was adorable and a plus when arriving and leaving with luggage. The price was very reasonable. A little fridge would have been useful, and a safe deposit box, but then it was only rated at a 2-star, although we thought it as good as a 3-star. |

The hotel staff were incredibly friendly and helpful from the moment we arrived until we left. There was a wide range of food and drinks for breakfast and the owner made fresh tea or coffee for you. The room we stayed in was spacious and very clean. The beds were comfortable. The hotel was also very easy to find. I would definately recommend this hotel!! |

Excellent staff, very good breakfast, wooden floor in the room, location (very close to railway station), excellent internet speed (the best out of 5 hotels we stayed in Italy), good water (we used a kettle) The room is relatively small, the bath equipment is not brand new - there is a room for improvement. We were suprised as have not found a bath curtain. Still our overall impression is excellent as the hotel provides a good price for its service. |

An excellent price/ quality ratio, surely one of the best in Firenze. The room is quiet, clean and very close to the Duomo (ten minutes by foot). Moreover, the breakfast is ok and the personal is very nice. All this for a cheap price. Don't hesitate! |
