Bardzo profesjonalna i uczynna obsługa. W recepcji można uzyskać wszelkie niezbędne informacje o atrakcjach miasta, zarezerwować bilety, a nawet podpowiedzi odnośnie polecanych restauracji. |

Bardzo mila obsluga hotelowa,czyste ,przyjemne pokoje ,sprzatane codziennie rano,dobre sniadanie,cichy ,spokojny,kameralny hotel.Bardzo dobra lokalizacja.2minuty od dworca,pare minut do centrum miasta- katedra DUOMO(ok.5min)od hotelu. Polecam wszystkim.Cena za pobyt w hotelu nie jest wygorowana jak na lokalizacje ,pokoj ze sniadaniem oraz ogolne wrazenie. |

Location of the hotel was very convenient - only 3 minutes' walk from the SMN station. The lady at the reception was very friendly, warm and helpful; so was the waiter manning the breakfast buffet. Unfortunately, our room faced the bus station and the noise from the going and coming of the buses was rather unbearable. |

THe staff particularly the lady at the front desk were so nice and helpful throughout our stay.Our room was lovely with high ceilings and really clean. I loved the lift too!Breakfast was fantatstic and filling too! And the location was so perfect for discovering everything that Florence had to offer. I would not hesitate to stay here again. |

For the price, room was very nice, tall ceilings, comfortable bed, clean bathroom. Very comfortable. Owner was very friendly and helpful, breakfast was better than most of the other two star hotels we stayed at while in Italy. |

the breakfast served was excellent and the room was cleaned daily always someone at desk and very helpful when asking for directions we had a room where the buses leave and it was very noisy and difficult to sleep at night and early morning while the room was clean it was a bit shabby could do with a makeover i booked this hotel due to the comments left on this site but budget it is so don't expect anything more, basically the breakfast and kind staff made up for any shortfall |

Friendly staff, ok breakfast and most important of all: the room was clean! Room size was more than ok. Location: very close to the train station, which is a plus (convient), but also a little bit of a con (the noice related to such a busy place). But all-in-all we certainly recommend this place. |

The lady managing the front desk during daytime was very helpful, pateintly giving correct road directions, when asked. She also showed warm behavior during breakfast times. Upon arrival at night, the person manning the desk (man) was neither helpful nor polite.Took very long time to finish his paperwork.The cleanliness of room/bathroom left much to desire. The TV was not working. |
