Die Lage des Hotel ist ideal, Aussicht auf den See sehr schön. Mitarbeiter an Loge und Recéption waren freundlich und zuvorkommend. Frühstücksangebot fanden wir für ein 4 Sterne Hotel sehr bescheiden, Frühstücksraum dunkel und lieblos. Servicepersonal war nett aber nicht sehr aufmerksam und speditiv. Die Stimmung im ganzen Haus fanden wir eher erdrückend und etwas düster. |

Service am Empfang war ausgezeichnet Frühstücksbuffet war eine Katastrophe. Auswahl ist in einem 2 Sterne Haus sicherlich reichhaltiger und besser. Eier gab es z.B. nur gekocht, dafür abe schön kalt. ) Das Hotel sollteohne Frühstück angeboten werden. Frühst.raum sehr dunkel und klein .wir mussten 2 x warten, um überhaupt frühstücken zu können. |

Wunderschönes Gebäude, freundliche Mitarbeiter, tolle Lage Details waren etwas schlecht gepflegt, z.B. angeschlagene Müslischalen/Ecken im Flur, nur kalte harte Eier zum Frühstück... |

Wir waren im Turmzimmer untergebracht. Das war toll. Schòne Aussicht auf den See und ein angrenzender Balkon ùber den Dàchern von Como Die Wendeltreppe im Turmzimmer ist zu schmal und nicht ganz ungefàhrlich. |

Nähe zur Innenstadt , tolle verschiedene Zimmer Wie bereits erwähnt , schlechte Zimmerlage , die für dieses Geld eine Lärmbelästigung sondersgleichen mit sich zog. |

It was very clean and the staff lovely Yes the decsipion of our room was not correct at all. It was my birthday and we asked for a lake view room. You could see the lake from the room if you stuck you head out of the window and craned to see it on the right. Not exactly what we were expecting and a real shame for my birthday. |

Rooms very clean. Staff polite and informative, truly happy to help. As travelling with baby, the very cental location was great and meant that we culd pop back during the day for a quick nap or nappy change! |

The design of the hotel was very nice, the rooms were modern and comfy. It was way too expensive for what we got and really noisy. Our room overlooked a square and it was pretty but loud all night long. |

Courteous and efficient staff. Very clean and comfotrable room. Ideal if you are transferring between Milan/Malpensa and the lake ferry. We had some drain odour as mentioned by another reviewer. |

The position of the hotel just across the road from the where the boat embarked and disembarked.It was quiet for a city hotel. Staff were friendly and helpful. The room was very small in the eaves of the roof. The air conditioning unit was next to the bed so the person on that side had to put up with blasts of cold air whilst elswhwere in the room it was still too hot. The door to the bathroom opened onto the toilet and there was barely room to get through the gap between the door and the washbasin. Breakfast was dull with frozen bread rolls and over sweet croissants. Any hot food had to be ordered at quite high supplements. It seemed to be very poor value for money. |

Good location. Pleasant, helpful staff. Good outdoor breakfast arrangements. Approx at least 25% of guests appeared to be English or American but of the 12 to 15 television channels available none were in English. WIFI access was expensive and inflexible. !0 euros per hour but this couldn't be used over perhaps 2 to 3 days. |
