Dating back to the 19th century, Albergo Terminus has both a great view of Lake Como and a central location in the historic center of town, next to Como Nord Lago Station. Rooms are located in the main building or the hotel's new wing, built in 2007. Each room has an individual design, and air conditioning, satellite TV, and a minibar come as standard. The Terminus Hotel includes a grand lobby with Wi-Fi point, as well as a gym and sauna. The restaurant serves traditional Italian dishes, with meals served out on the grounds overlooking the lake. The staff provide an attentive service, tourist information, and recommendations on what to do in Como and beyond. The position opposite the lake and the ferry terminal is excellent. The breakfast was also very good and served on a nice outdoor terrace. Most of the staff were helpful. The cocktail lounge looked lovely although we didn't have a chance to venture in. I booked the 'best available' option and on checking in found they had given us the worst possible room with twin beds. Went back to the front desk and said it was unsatisfactory and we were offered a better room with a double bed. I felt it was the usual trick of 'give them the worst possible room and see if they complain'. Not sure I'd risk the 'best available' option again.

Staff were very friendly, room very clean and excellent parking facilities. Breakfast was good. No room service at late evening. We arrived at around 10.30 pm and there was nothing we could eat or be served in the room which was a real let down as we were very tired.

Great location, all staff very helpful, couldn't do enough. Ate in restaurant very good. Wonderful room and onsite parking whilst a fee has to be paid it is worth it when travelling with a loaded car. Would not hesitate to go back and stay longer only the weather spoilt the occasion. Coffee at breakfast was disappointing

I liked the location of the hotel near the old city and the castle.I was very glad we where able to use the outside pool with hot temperture in the evening, the restaurant food and breakfast was excellent. the room was vry clean and it was great to have a real disabled toilet and facility in the hotel.

Great location friendly staff and delightful rooms - we borrowed bikes for cycling to cernobbio and these along with wifi - all gratis! Bath was so narrow that one didn't linger-breakfast old have had more variety - but this was more about quality than quantity!

The location of the hotel was fantastic as it was right next to the train station and right on Lake Como. The staff was also every friendly and helped arrange a seaplane adventure for us. We would definitely stay at the hotel again if we ever make a return trip to the area.

Restaurant auf der Terrasse sehr gut. Die Lage ist hervorragend, auch Parking. Das Frühstück war auch schon besser. Personal und Angbetot im Frühstücksraum "so-so-là-là". Das Hotel solte aufgefrischt/renoviert werden

маленькие темные неудобные номера. обман с видом: при выборе на сайте был указан красивый вид в категории улучшенный номер, а по факту вместо вида на озеро - обшарпанная стена дома напротив в узком переулке. тоненькие перегородки между номерами - слышимость всего, что происходит в номере и туалете соседей. ресторанчик маленький и темный, кухня слабая. не рекомендую, пожалел, что выбрал.

Wir hatten ein schönes Zimmer und die Lage ist optimal, Comer See und mitten in der Stadt. Das Zimmer + Bad waren nicht sauber, Staubschicht auf dem Glastisch. Im Bad die Ecken alle nicht sauber. Personal unfreundlich und überheblich. Preise derart überhöht. Für einen Parkplatz pro Tag 25,-- €.
