Avevamo prenotato dal sito una camera Classic per una sola notte. Appena arrivati abbiamo cambiato immediatamente con la De Luxe!Quest'ultimaè bellissima e iper confortevole. L'altra decisamente è l'opposto! Struttura grandissima e molto romantica:sembra un castello! Nota decisamente negativa:la colazione. Sia per lo spazio esiguo dedicato a quest'ultima, sia perchè non corrisponde alle aspettative maturate rispetto a un quattro stelle del genere.Colazione normale e sicuramente mangiabile. |

la piacevolezza della camera molto bella staff molto riservato ma ottimo peccato. Dispiace che non vi fosse sky nelle camere e forse il costo del parcheggio è un po alto ma la posizione dell hotel é invidiabile |

It was very clean and the staff lovely Yes the decsipion of our room was not correct at all. It was my birthday and we asked for a lake view room. You could see the lake from the room if you stuck you head out of the window and craned to see it on the right. Not exactly what we were expecting and a real shame for my birthday. |

Rooms very clean. Staff polite and informative, truly happy to help. As travelling with baby, the very cental location was great and meant that we culd pop back during the day for a quick nap or nappy change! |

The design of the hotel was very nice, the rooms were modern and comfy. It was way too expensive for what we got and really noisy. Our room overlooked a square and it was pretty but loud all night long. |

Courteous and efficient staff. Very clean and comfotrable room. Ideal if you are transferring between Milan/Malpensa and the lake ferry. We had some drain odour as mentioned by another reviewer. |

The position of the hotel just across the road from the where the boat embarked and disembarked.It was quiet for a city hotel. Staff were friendly and helpful. The room was very small in the eaves of the roof. The air conditioning unit was next to the bed so the person on that side had to put up with blasts of cold air whilst elswhwere in the room it was still too hot. The door to the bathroom opened onto the toilet and there was barely room to get through the gap between the door and the washbasin. Breakfast was dull with frozen bread rolls and over sweet croissants. Any hot food had to be ordered at quite high supplements. It seemed to be very poor value for money. |

Good location. Pleasant, helpful staff. Good outdoor breakfast arrangements. Approx at least 25% of guests appeared to be English or American but of the 12 to 15 television channels available none were in English. WIFI access was expensive and inflexible. !0 euros per hour but this couldn't be used over perhaps 2 to 3 days. |

Hotel has kept its charm of being a high class resort hotel from early 20th century, staying in the hotel still gets that feeling. Location is perfect, if you want to stay in Como. Breakfast is quite poor and short of choice, shower gel was not put into the bathroom neither of 2 days we were staying, this is something you expect even from a 2 star hotel... |

It was very central to the town of Como and also just across the road from the ferry terminal which was very handy The smell in the bathroom of our room, which was an upgraded room, was vile. It got worse as the day went on - when we came back in the evenings it was at its worst. The staff were curt in their manner |

The hotel was well situated on the lake front directly opposite the piers for the lake boats. It was within easy walking distance of all the city sights. The room was comfortable and quite spacious, the bathroom exceptionally so. The staff were always friendly, polite and very helpful. |
