Albergotto Hotel

Central location to all attractions, walking distance to everything with many restaurants nearby.

Room size considering it was meant to be a deluxe superior double.

We liked the very central situation of the hotel, all the restaurants, museums, etc. were in walking distance. It was a completely quiet hotel, no street sounds.

Our room (33), had air conditioning that did not work properly ! The noise it made at night was a problem.

The staff was very helpful and polite, room was very nice and clean, breakfast was excellent and varied. A very enjoyable experience!

The street noise can become a nuisance at night time, even with shut windows.

Very good location. I asked for a room with a view and got a corner room with 2 french doors opening to different directions which was nice. The staff was helpful with questions and suggestions.

The breakfast was mediocre, at best. We had a problem with our toilet and the hotel had to turn off the water to the entire bathroom overnight which was an inconvenience. It would have been nice to have been moved to another room or been given a discount. As mentioned before, reception is up a flight of steps but a bellman came down quickly to help us with our bags.

After a long drive from Chianti, we found the Albergotto a nice haven in a big city. The staff was very accomodating and answered any and all questions that we had.

The days we spent at the Albergotto were quite warm and the air conditioning in our room was not very efficient. Also, the traffic was LOUD! We know there is nothing that can be done about that, but if street noise would annoy a future visitor, they might want to stay someplace other than the Albergotto.

We upgraded to a luxury room from a superior, well worth it, much larger room. The original room they had prepared for us smelled of cigarette smoke- always good to check. Breakfast was very good and fresh. Staff very helpful(Ricardo!), both front desk and at breakfast-I prepared a tray for the room with fresh coffee and hot milk on a tray that they helpfully provided pronto.

I had read about issues of reception being on the first floor with flights of steps...it is true! However they have 24 hour staff and you can call to get help with bags

玄関からフロントまで階段が30段くらいありますが、玄関に呼び鈴があり、スタッフを呼ぶことができるので- 、重い荷物があるときでも大丈夫。

Чайник и хороший набор чая в номере - просто здорово.

Отель задуман в стиле "под старину", то есть искусственно состаренные зеркала и шкафы - это круто, но всё-таки некоторые детали интерьера как общих мест так и номеров, на мой взгляд давно пора подновить.

Un albergo centralissimo, veramente in ottima posizione

E' un albergo sopravvalutato non è all'altezza di un 4 stelle e la colazione del mattino potrebbe andare per un 3 stelle.
