Nice hotel with cosy brightly colored rooms. It was very noisy - noise from the next room and from the street. I slept with earplugs and I was fine, but my husband didn't sleep all night.

Staff was very helpful! Sent us msgs to phone for directions (i guess because of language barrier if had to talk). Arranged us taxi 5:30 in the morning which was on time. Hotel - clean and comfy. Value for money If you want to get to the hotel you must take bus 6B which stops in front of hotel, not just Bus 6, we had that problem understanding which goes where! Noisy bar downstairs and walls like paper.

Room was really nice and staff kind - we just stayed for couple of hours though. They told us that airport transfer will cost 15 euros, but on morning small Italian arrived with newest Mercedes. At beginning helped with luggage and doors, but when we arrived at airport - he asked 18 euros and then no help anymore with luggage and so...

Lovely room, clean and comfortable. Would stay here again as it was only an overnight stay to go forward to our holiday destination. Occupants of neighbouring rooms loud, shouting and banging about very early in the morning. The locality was noisy too but you would expect this on a busy street.

The reason we stayed to hotel Albi was to be close to the airport due to an early flight. So we didn't have many expactations for just one night, but the hotel was much better than what we thought a 2 star hotel would be. The advantages were: - Very close to the airport - Nice decoration - Comfortable bed - Very polite reception and willing to help with taxi and transportation to the airport - Right next to it and also across the street there's a restaurant, a pizzeria and a cash mashine The disadvantages are for those who would like to stay longer and travel with lots of things. - Small room - Small shower - A bit noisy

We stayed there because we had a connecting flight in Milano Bergamo over a night. We arrived late and we were provided a code to enter the hotel the reception was not opened. The host was very kind and had also arranged a taxi to the airport for us the next morning 5a.m.. We actually haven't met him at all. Hotel is surprisingly good for a 2 stars hotel, very good value for money. We chose this hotel because of the close location to the airport but it turned out that it is 10-15 min by taxi which costs 15-20 euro one way. In both directions transfer is almost equal to the cost of the room.

A very nice hotel, close to Bergamo Airport (8 km - you need a taxi or personal / rented car). The room was clean, the receptionist was friendly but knew very little English. However, he understood when I told him that we had to leave at 6 am the next morning. He said it was ok, and in the morning we just left the key on the desk. The bad part was that all through the night we could hear cars passing by and also the other people leaving during the night and early in the morning (probably to the airport) and the doors were slaming. We could not get a lot of sleep. You need ear plugs and a vibrating alarm watch to sleep there. It was a pity, because otherwise, the hotel is very nice. Also, we could check in until 8 pm, but we got there at 6 pm and the receptionist already cashed us from our credit card half an hour before we arrived, and we would have liked to pay cash, It was ok, but if you want to pay cash, you should probably specify that upon reservation, and also the time that you think you should arrive.

Nice homefreindly hotel with famalycaracter with a great restaurant downstairs that I can recomend completely and that town had a really good breakfast cafe at the little plaza in the center of Stezzano.

Good value for money. Really hard to get there from Bergamo (almost impossible to get the correct bus number and then get off on appropriate bus station). Transfer from Bergamo could solve this problem.

the nice pub on the other side of the street , the hotel is fine there are some machines for snacks and drinks the room was clean and good hot shower at arrival 16.15 the manager informed me my room would be available at 20.00 a little shocked about my reaction he told me okay 19.00 will do. he offered free drinks at the bar , after 40 minutes he brought the key so it was not too bad at all. the street is noisy and the hotel also it is nice only 10 minutes from Bergamo airport
