The staff, especially Hilary, was amazing. Hilary assisted me with getting wifi to work (it wasn't working on my floor) and not only offered her personal computer, but permitted me to work on the one in their business office for my needs. Everyone was very friendly and helpful! The hotel is listed as 1 on the street, not 10, on gps so we spend an hour wandering around trying to find it. The flooring is very thin carpet and has absolutely not a smidge of padding. The noise insulation was nil, making it seem as though the person showering next door was in our room.

We found the staff both friendly and very helpful. Their local knowledge was good, and they assisted us in every way possible. It was also invaluable having a secure car park so close to the town. Architecturally it is a monster.

Ho molto apprezzato le opere (di artisti contemporanei) presenti, oltre che nelle stanze, negli spazi collettivi e nell'esterno.....persino la piscina è un'opera d'arte.....si ha la sensazione di alloggiare all'interno di un museo e si respira un'atmosfera "soft"......ho anche apprezzato la tecnica della brava massaggiatrice del centro benessere e sono in attesa dell'apertura del relativo nuovo padiglione ......molto cortese il personale....

lL'hotel è facilemente raggiungibile, vicinissimo al centro storico.E' molto particolare per le opere d'arte moderna che caratterizzano le stanze. Molto pulito e tranquillo. Sono presenti belle vedute su Spoleto. Molto carina anche se piccola la spa. Ho apprezzato moltissimo il massaggio anti.stress di coppia....

Camere spaziose, reception cordiale e disponibile. Posizione ottima per la visita del centro storico raggiungibile in 5 minuti di passeggiata. Anche se di design l'hotel rimane un po freddo ed asettico nell'aspetto...ovvio questo aspetto non influenza la qualità del soggiorno.

Innenausstattung, besonders für Liebhaber moderner Kunst. Nähe zur historischen Stadtmitte (Zu Fuss) Etwas düstere Stimmung im Innern des Hotels. Imkompetente und desinteressierte Bedienung zum Frühstück, peinlich für dieses Haus.
