Very nice hotel, at only 3 minutes away from Piazza San Marco. Nice quiet street. The room was very nice and fit for what we paid. Nice representations of Venice on the doors of the rooms. The staff was very helpful. The breakfast is not that good. There are just 2-3 things you can choose from, but it worths going there to eat because you can enjoy the gondolas passing by the window every 30 seconds. |

The decor of the room was lovely & the outlook of the breakfast room was also beautiful. The rooms are smaller than small! & lots of steps depending on what level you are on with no lift. The breakfast room was also tiny & most mornings you had to fight for a table. |

Clean, cute decor, good location 5 min from Rialto & 5 min from San Marco. In the middle of the shopping district with food & shops galore. Gondolas floating past as you have breakfast is a major plus. Hobbits will feel right at home in the tiny room and bathroom. No soap tray in shower area. |

I liked the helpfulness of the Hotel staff, they gave lots of pointers and directions to find stuff, as Venice is a bit of a maze to the new comer. The toilet smelt pretty bad when I flushed it... like raw sewerage and the shower leaked water along the bathroom floor. I notified the hotel staff of the problems for them to fix. |

Excellent position with regard to our needs as we wanted to be between the Rialto and St. Mark's as it was son's wedding. Hotel staff were helpful and courteous. The breakfast unfortunately was a joke. The coffee was typical bitter caffe americano and the selection of foods was poor. No fresh fruit and no hot food and the cold meats and cheeses were brought out from plastic containers. Basically the hotel would be better either to offer room only or certainly to look again at its breakfast set-up. |

Perfect location for exploring the center of venice---short walk from center of town. Very Clean compact hotel. No elevator--very compact with little space to walk around--perfect for one person and overnight bag---dont bring big suit case no room to open it--and very steep steps to climb. No more than one or two nights |

We liked the room and the hotel in general- everything was clean and modern. The breakfast area we great and the service provided by the attendant was the best. The bathroom is small, but with a few shelves in would have been much easier up for woman to set up her accessories. |

Absolutely convenient and the hotel staff was wonderful! Since we had a reservation, we were allowed to drop our bags off before checking in which allowed us to arrange a walking tour for our first day in Venice. Also, it is so close to major attractions and shopping, that we were able to go in and out of our hotel constantly to drop off bags, or rest our feet for a minute or two! The only negative is that it appears the hotel only serves the continental breakfast at this time. But, there were great restaurants nearby, including the Hard Rock Cafe, which takes only five minutes to get to from the hotel. And, the morning staff at breakfast was fantastic! |

we stayed only 1 night and it served our purposes more than well, a place to have a comfortable stay while roaming around Venice. rooms are tiny but clean with all necessary equipment for a short stay. we had a pleasant breakfast right next to the canal scenery with gondola passing by it would be not suitible for longer stays in my opinion |

Great location, well furnished and spacious room. Quiet. Hotel is very new. Very nice breakfast area looking on to canal. Breakfast was not very nice and despite fantastic coffee machine, coffee was very bad. Still recommend hotel though. |
