It is located in a central area near san marco square, easy acces to the water transportation. Even on foot not more than 30 min walk to the train station. We were unpleasant surprised with the room that was alocated to us. On the reservation page we were indicated a type of room when we arrived we received a room not bigger that 10 sqm without a place to put your clothes, arround the bed it was enough space to stand up but not more. We have booked this hotel because of it's location and price which is quite good if enybody want to make a reservation please stipulate that you do not want the room 308, 208 or 108 because you will have a problem of the space. Other way the hotel fullfils the expectaions.

The hotel was realy clean and the location was perfect. Situated in the most crowded area but there was no noise at night and you can get a good sleep. The shops near the hotel are the last ones that are closing. The breakfast was also acceptable for a 3 star hotel. There room was tiny but if you are not carying a big suitcase you will not have any problem. I recomend everyboy to leasve their logages at the airport and just take a back pack.

This is relatively cheap hotel, so you shouldn’t expect more than it is. It is good if you want to stay near San Marco or Rialto Bridge. I was happy with breakfast since it was more than croissant. It is quite claustrophobic hotel, some rooms are quite small and some bathrooms are smelly. You will also need to pay for wifi.

Location: hotel is only a couple minutes from the Rialto Bridge, and we quickly realized that we could easily find our way back from anyplace in Venice by following the omnipresent signs pointing to the bridge. Inexpensive. Staff was professional, but seemed to busy to be friendly. Stairway was narrow, and it was difficult to carry luggage up. Room decoration style was a bit oppressive and the room was very humid and not warm enough. There were dark spots on the bathroom walls (mold?).

The room was clean and the location of it very good but I am so disatisfied. I have 4 main point for my disatisfaction: 1) Space, 2) Breakfast, 3) No Elevator, 4) Price 1) The room I got was so small it was only 6 sq meters. The bed was small: my legs were left out of bed, and I had no space to open my suitacase!!! 2) The breakfast was poor with very low quality. 3) I can understand that for Venice the word elevator is forbidden but since I was staying in the 3rd floor I was expecting someone from the hotel to help me but nobody did so 4) Because of all the above the price I paid it was too high. Especially because the size of the room got me so frustated.

The hotel is centrally located, very close to everything, ideal for a visit to this wonderful city. The hotel staff especially Signor Alberto in the reception made our stay very pleasant.... Very helpful and patient. The rooms are rather small but we amazingly had a good night's sleep as we didn't hear any noise from outside considering the hotel is centrally located. Downside is, there is no elevator and we stayed on the 3rd floor...we didn't have problems though as we travelled light. If one has more than a suitcase, I would suggest staying on the 1st or second floor. I would recommend this hotel to friends for it's combination of price, location and hotel staff's hospitality.

Hotel is located in the historical center surrounded by plenty of restaurants, boutiques, historical treasures. The dining room is marvelous looking to the channel with boats. No wi-fi at the rooms, and not free at the lobby.

The location is very central and is 10 mins walk from the mailn sights, namely San Marco and Rialto. Otherwise you can walk anywhere else in 15- 20 minutes in the centre. It's surrounded with cool cafes and bars. The service is regular, breakfast is decent but very basic. The 2 double rooms we stayed in however are extremly small! Barely enough for hand bag, and definitely cannot fit for 2 suitcases.

Superb location, well-run, smart and well-maintained accommodation at a budget price, 100 metres or so from St Mark's Square in Venice - probably unbeatable in its class! Nothing - it does exactly what it says on the tin, and then some.

The location of the hotel was very good, close to Rialto Bridge and Piazza San Marco. The room was damp and cold, very small, no coffee making facilities. No lift, hard work going up the stairs. The hotel was difficult to find even though it was very close to where we were dropped off having got the alilaguna from the airport. Hotel website directions not very clear.

Location, location, location. Pleasant staff. Poor signage- easy to miss. Very claustrophobic lobby, stairs and rooms. Room decor garish. Expensive for the facilities offered. Ok for one or two nights.

The only thing I liked was the location. The staff was unhelpful, there was no lift, the room was miniscule, the bathroom was ridiulously tiny and there were no shelves or hooks in the bathroom and shower to put anything. The price of the room was extortionate in relation to the value and experience. It was a 3 star hotel with 2 star services and 4 star prices.
