Location was nice, it's situated between the Rialto Bridge and the St-Marco square, a 3 minute walk.
servants are not allways helpful and most understood only Italian
We really liked the location. Very close to the Rialto Bridge and San Marco only about 3 minute walk to each. The room was very clean nicely decorated breakfast was excellent.
Great location Nice breakfast
Expensive wifi charge at 5euro and available only in the lobby. Non english or other than italian speaking stuff in the reception during the night
Wifi Service Rooms
Location is excellent
Some of the staff are not so cooperative Internet is only available on the lobby and not free
Fabulous location and great value for money. Surrounded by shops restaurants and of course central Venice. We will be back!
The location is very good, and the hotelbis clean
There are no left even for the bags
The room was so small that it was not possible to walk around the bed. Toilete was always full of staying water after the bath. The internet and tv was the worst I ever seen. There were just 3 channels and internet for 5 seconds per day.
Good value for money. Very central, close to the action
Location Helpful staff Cleanliness
Dated furniture/decor Poor choice of breakfast food No lift No wi-fi Bar not open Aircon not working
The hotel was not as advertised. Staff did not speak English, no wifi in rooms - it was only available in the lobby and it is not included in the price of the room. There was no elevator and there were bed bugs in my room. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone.
I like the situation and the breakfast place
Hotel location made it easy to walk to all locations Small hotel but very clean.
I felt that the hotel was overrated. Although the room we had was clean and nicely decorated it was very small for three adults. The safety deposit box wasn't fixed to anything so was pointless as could easily have been removed. We entered the hotel twice and took the key from reception desk as there was no one there so didn't feel rooms were secure. The wifi was intermittent and was only accessible from the lobby area.
The location of the hotel made it easy to walk to all main locations easily. The continental breakfast selection was good. The hotel and rooms were very clean .
We stayed in room 111 which was very cramped - the bathroom was in a cupboard! The noise from the street was easily heard from the room and you could hear other movement within the hotel. Stairs are very steep and narrow. There was no security box in room and the desk was not manned at all times so the keys were available to anyone.
Nice decorated rooms. Very good location!
Narrow stairs to carry bags up and down.
Good location, average price for the area.
Tiny room (though we really only needed a place to sleep), expensive for what we needed.
The location is perfect (in the center of Venice) and near the shopping center. Many Attractions locate near the hotel. The staff were friendly with us
There is no WIFI in rooms
Super location, especially for the price we got. Really pleased about it. Short walk to St Marks square or Rialto. Gondolas frequently coming right past the large breakfast room window (next to common area) was a great touch of Venice! Well appointed furnishings in the common areas. We enjoyed staying here and would likely choose it again for Venice.
Room fairly cramped, but then again, so is Venice. Wifi was poor - only one bar in the common area, and even this was intermittent. At the least, they probably should not ask people to pay for that. Otherwise, we were quite pleased.
No wifi, very little room, tiny restroom ,
The guy who recive me at night, he could make hate the hotel
Very good location, spacious nice decorated rooms and good breakfast buffet. the hotel was clean and the staff helpful. The breakfast had a big sliding door opening to the canal where the gondolas are passing all the time. All in all a good deal.
Bathroom Curtain rod kept falling down when touched and our bathroom ceiling was only about 2.10m high.
the WI-FI is very bad in the hotel , sorry but this is the fact . the serves for internet in the room is ( 0 )
The size of the room was so small that I believe we couldn´t enter into the room, and the bathroom was the same. Very heavy pillow. Claustrophobic room.
great location, staff very friendly! Great value! Would stay there again!!
