Hotel bardzo dobrze położony, świetne miejsce wypadowe do zwiedzania Wenecji, bardzo miła i kulturalna obsługa. Wielkość a raczej "małość :-)" pokoju, brak windy, czy inne niedogodności opisywane przez innych gości, nam nie doskwierały i można to zaakceptować zdając sobie sprawę jakie możliwości hotelowe niesie ze sobą Wenecja. Hotel traktowaliśmy jako kilkudniowe miejsce noclegu i jako takie sprawdziło się doskonale. Śniadania skromne ale smaczne i przez trzy doby nie znudziły się nam. Klimatyzacja chłodziła optymalnie, w pokoju był sejf. Wystrój hotelu bardzo ładny. Największy minus tego hotelu to jak na nasze Polskie warunki to wysoka cena. Oczywiście w odniesieniu do cen w Wenecji można uznać koszty pobytu za atrakcyjne. W odniesieniu do Polskich warunków można by się spodziewać wyższego standardu. W pokoju nie sprawna była suszarka do włosów, zwisała wyrwana ze ściany lampka nocna (zgłaszaliśmy to w recepcji i przez 3 dni nic z tym nie zrobiono). Uchwyty do szafy na ubrania odpadały a klimatyzacja co jakiś czas wydawała dziwne dźwięki (jakby jakieś kamyki lub piasek spadając uderzały w coś plastikowego). Ale podkreślam, niedogodności te nie miały w sumie dla nas wielkiego znaczenia pobyt uznajemy za bardzo udany. |

blisko centrum,pokoik mały ,ale wygodny i czysty,miła obsługa lecz trzeba znać język angielski. obsługa hotelu władała tylko angielskim i włoskim,powinna być również znajomość języka rosyjskiego i niemieckiego. |

Hotel czysty, elegancki, z ładnymi choć niedużymi pokojami oraz rewelacyjną lokalizacją (2 minuty spacerem od Placu Św. Marka). Duży plus za klimatyzację, dzięki której łatwiej było znieść panujący na zewnątrz upał i duchotę. |

The location is really excellent, near S. Marco and Rialto. The room is "mini" but with good facilities. The staffs are helpful and willing to give me useful advices and services. It would be better when a wider variety of breakfast could be offered. |

The staff were generally very pleasant. Though the room was not very spacious, which can be expected in Venice, it was neat and everything like towels, soap, shampoo, were in place. The breakfast was also a lot better than the food we ate outside. Overall good value for money. |

My husband & I loved the hotel-it was very comfortable and clean and it was near everything that we had wanted to see in Venice. It was also very quiet. The breakfast was lovely in the morning and you had a good view of the canal from your breakfast table! |

Very good location, just 3mn walking from Saint Marc Place. Nice and large room (n°105) with 3 windows facing with the small "canal". Good quality for the rate we paid: 265 eur including breakfast for 3 nights. There is "nothing" to do in the hotel except sleeping & having breakfast. But it is not a huge problem as we were visiting Venice all day long. There is no shower gel in bathroom, only very small samples of shampoo. |

Very good location - close to San Marco square and Rialto bridge. Value for money - You cant find hotel of such class in this location for 90 euro. |

I did not like anything at all about this hotel. The room was so small, a double, you could not even open the door all the way before hitting the bed. I would never tell anyone to stay at this hotel. |

Ideally situated between Rialto Bridge and Saint Marks Square. The hotel staff are very pleasant and helpful, speaking very good English and were happy to recommend places of interest and book concerts etc for us. Hotel is extremely clean and very well maintained. The room was small but this didnt detract from the comfort, its more than adequete. The bed and pillows are very comfortable. Breakfast is continental style and includes a plentiful selection of cereal, bread rolls, cold meats, cakes, yoghurt, fruit and drinks. I have no hesitation in recomending this hotel. I recommend a return ticket from the airport on the Alilaguna (water bus). The orange line takes you to Rialto Bridge; hotel is just a couple of minutes walk from this stop. |

The location was great and the price (for Venice) was very reasonable. I read that this hotel had gone through some recent renovations and they did a really good job! The staff was really friendly and helpful and the area where you eat breakfast was really nice. The hotel was very clean and I would definitely recommend this hotel to other travellers. No, i liked the hotel alot! it was great |

Easy access to all areas of the city. The hotel was attractively decorated and the view from the breakfast room of passing gondolas was a novel feature. |

Both hotel and room were compact but complete. We had all we needed for a successful citytrip : both convenience and close to the Venice tourist centre. The breakfast buffet was fine. |

I really liked our room - the windows looked at the channel so we could watch any time all that gondoliers with their gondolas sailing around - very romantic and impressive. Is located in the city center which is very suitable for the sightseeing and shopping. |

It was really an adventure to find this hotel. We walked around the city for abour 1 hour, asking several local people about directions. Finally, we arrived at about 8 pm, but they could not find our reservation on their list!!! What a pitty!!! The guy at the reception desk hard spoke italian and no other language. It took time to establish what happened. After several calls (I do not know where) english speaking woman explained the situation. So, we were transfered to another hotel and had to travel in Venezia at night and find another one. In that hotel room window was to the yard, which was full of building materials and mud. |
