Fabulous,

“ We liked everything about the hotel. The staff is highly professional, the food is excellent. We were impressed by the Oliver Glowing's cuisine. The garden is beautiful. The hotel is placed in a very nice and quiet area, 30 minutes walk through Borghese Gardens or 5 minutes free shuttle ride, offered by the hotel, to the Spanish Steps. ”

The breakfast was reasonable, the room was huge, the pool is fantastic and the free parking is a bonus. Great security thanks to its proximity to Israel consular No direct access to the pool but that is a minor point only

The staff is extremely helpfull. To reach the hotel, it's necessary to walk through the Borghesse villa- is amazing journey , especially in the spring. If you don't want to walk- the hotel provide the transfer or you can get a taxi (around 10 euro). The breakfast is served in the terrace- looks beatiful. Wifi is slow, have a limit in availibul size. You need to refresh the login and parol every day or even quickly- if the limit has finished.

Staff is great, hotel has its own parking, great pool, it is nicely decorated and central. The free WiFi service is a rip-off! If you want to have full speed and unlimited downloads Internet you must pay 17 Euro per day! In spring and fall no air conditioning which is a problem in hot days if you have a room on the street where a tram goes by as very noisy with windows open

The staying at the Aldrovandi hotel has been for my wife and me an unforgettable and exquisite hospitality experience. the classic design of the hotel to the last detail, along with the pool garden beside it - which are lovely and comfortable for staying at any given time – place the hotel as the most unique in Rome and it surroundings. The convenience of the spacious room, which overlooks the pool, enhances the experience. The breakfast characterized by very high quality according to the served items on the buffet and directly to the table. The kitchen service, and especially the experienced waitresses, all are highly professional and cordial (we recall fondly all the smiles which served along with a cup of coffee). The service in the hotel was given by a skilled and professional crew. starting from the courteous, energetic and caring CEO, through the reception staff, and ending in the last employees – all those created for us a cozy and warm sense of home and responded in a fast and effective way to all of our demands (and many of these were!) The hotel successfully brings the Spanish steps to its front using a chattel service which allows connection of guests to the city center in short time; a fact which addresses the somewhat remote location of the hotel from the city center. We love the hotel staff and all the possibilities it brings, and of course we will return as possible.

Very friendly staff.Possible to get your breakfast brought to the room with no problems. Nice gym for running. Shuttle bus the the centre every 30 min. Nice location next to the big park. Beautiful outdoor swimming pool areas. Too long to walk to the centre. No real life in the hotel in the evenings. No balconies on most of the rooms.

The professionalism of the staff from the check in to the breakfast. The fabulous welcoming, the kindness, the fact that "everything" seems possible. I highly recommend this beautiful hotel. The room was not totally clean the first day.

The location in Rome, the excellent and rich buffet breakfast, the shuttle service to the center of Rome every 30 minutes, and the beautiful building. Well trained, very helpful staff. The very small room I got, the two joint and very uncomfortable mattresses I got instead of the large one I asked and got confirmation about in my reservation, the excessively high prices of drinks in the mini-bar (nothing special about them), and the very low quality of toilet paper. Staff is very efficient but takes it's role too much seriously and rarely if never smiles (two exceptions on a total of 12-13 members of staff I had contact).

Very comfortable and staff were very helpful. Rooms were very clean. Breakfast was fantastic and provided for every taste. Couldn't use the outdoor pool which looked lovely because it was not the right season. Understandable. Hotel is about half hour walking from sites but the hotel provided regular chauffeur driven car to and from the hotel which was great. They ran from early morning to late evening and took you to a place where it was easy to use public transport. The Borghese Gallery is within 15 mins walk through a lovely park. We got a Roma Card for 30 Euro which got us into the Gallery and the Collosseum for free and then allowed unlimited rides on buses, trams and underground for 3 days. Only thing to watch for was that the pass ran for 3 days not 3 twenty four hour periods so if you used it at 6pm on the day you arrive the first day ends midnight that day. We didn't start it until the next day which gave us 3 full days. Pre book before you go for all the big sites and the gallerys and for tours to avoid long queues. Great place and easy to find good and cheap places to eat- go by number of people in the restaurants as a rough guide. We paid on average 30 - 40 euro for 2 with wine. Lovely place to much to see in 3 days.

when I arrived to the hotel at sunset time, I felt so disappointed. The place is so quiet, no shops, no restaurants, it seems that we will stay in a rural area!! My family blamed me in their eyes, it was the first time we select like this hotel. But, after 2 days we changed our opinion, the staff was so nice, rooms very clean, breakfast place wonderful and the food excellent. We discovered that a lot of places near the hotel the zoo, theater, a beautiful huge garden and the city center. The hotel offered the guests a luxury shuttle to take them to the Spanish steps every 30 minutes with return to the hotel. My family and I really enjoyed our stay. Many thanks to the lovely and friendly staff. rooms might be little bit small.

Very nice and sweet services. The staff can speak English very well so they helped us a lot for us from city touring, return of my rental car, etc.. The hardware facilities are high quality but the services are something that you will never forget. We will still choose to stay here for next travel to Roma!

The hotel staff were friendly and helpful, the beds were very comfortable (quite rare it Italy!), breakfast was good - lots of options. The hotel was clean and in good repair although more like a UK 4* than 5*. Whilst we knew the hotel was out of the city centre I think we underestimated the extra distance/time/effort it would take getting back to the hotel especially after a day of lots of walking. Also there are no bars or resturants in close proximity to the hotel (the nearest resturant we found was at least 15-20 mins walk away - uphill on the way back!) and as the free shuttle (which we didn't use) stops running at 5.30pm made it awkward for getting out and about in the evening time - we certainly wouldn't have liked to walk through the park late at night. If you're happy to take a taxi however there shouldn't be a problem.

Very nice rooms and facilities. 1. Doors to room is very thin and can hear people talking in corridor; Very annoying in the morning as cleaning staff talks very loud. 2) Free WiFi is a joke as they limit speed and download data unless you buy premium package. 3) Parking not always available for guests when they organize conventions at hotel and it's quite difficult to find street parking in Rome!
