The staff are great specially Mario and Gianfranco who were very helpful. They upgrade my room and provide me with free coupon for business center. Free Shuttel to the city. Organize my trip to pumpai. The buffet needs to be improved. Provide more Arabic channel. Coffee machine facilities. |

We found a very warm and welcoming reception and were very pleased with the upgrade of our room. The bathroom was especially lovely and luxurious. We enjoyed being out of the hustle and bustle of Rome proper, so closr to the lovely Borgese Gardens ,Museum and the Via Veneto with all the great restaurants near by! The shuttle bus was very convenient and well staffed. In all, we thouroughly enjjoyed ourstay at the the Aldrovandi Palace and will recommend it to everyone going to Rome! This was our 30th wedding anniversary and your hotel made it all the more special. Thank You We were not that impressed with the Baby restaurant. The service was top notch, the decor lovely but the food was a bit of a stretch. We would not reccomend spending the time or the money to anyone. |

The booking was for a Superior Double Room, but the room looked more like a normal double room. |

The hotel staff is outmost friendly and shows a great hospitality. Aldrovandi Palace is located at Park Villa Borghese, which offers you beautiful gardens and the famous museum at walking distance. Our room was next to to the elevator. Together with the noise of the cleaning ladies (at 7.30 am) not a very quiet experience. |

The staff were excellent and the room was well serviced. I liked the decor and having a pool on a city trip. The food was excellent but the service at the restaurant Baby was very formal and I was seated in the garden rather than on the terrace. |

In October 2009 we stayed in the Aldrovandi Palace for our honeymoon and we absolutely loved it! The staff were very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable and they provided a free shuttle bus to the Spanish Steps. The hotel itself was spotless and our (upgraded) room was spacious. |

The Hotel was great. The staff were very attentive and helped with all our requests. The Hotel hasa touch of classical elegance and although i was travelling with a seven year old child and at no point did I feel we were not welcome. Baby restaurant is a must, I went with my daught and we had a spendid time. It's great having ahotel with a pool, although in October it woudl be great if it was heated! The shuttle is a great convenience, and the drivers delight in chatting and giving you little tips. Do remember to book with the concierge, into town and back. If travelling with children be sure to visit the BioPark and hire bikes to go around the Villa Borgese ; both walking distance from the hotel. |

I liked the Breakfast. The staff in the dining room ,at the reception and the concierge were quite co-operative and professional. I did not like the room furniture. The rooms need re-furbishment.The hotel lobby was very dull and boring and dark and always seemed that the lights were turned off. There were mannequins placed in the middle of the lobby near the counter that often startled me and I almost tripped over them. |

The hotel was located in the Borghese Park area with free parking. The free breakfast buffet was really good. The rooms were very large for the city with a huge bathroom with a tub and a great shower. Black out curtains and sound proof windows. Excellent location, very central. The decor is a little dated with the full walled mirrors on one side. |

We went to many museums and also had a fun time at the market. The fountains of Rome continue to be so beautiful. My husband would have been happy with a coffee maker in our room. |

Our second time at the Aldrovandi; we first visited ten years ago.We were upgraded for free as we were celebrating, and there was a bottle of excellent chilled Prosecco and biscuits waiting for us.There's a free shuttle to the top of the Spanish Steps, returning from the bottom, right in the expensive shopping area. Rome is walkable but the buses and Metro are excellent. The Aldrovandi has a Michelin starred restaurant, "Baby", which is fabulous, and a simple Grill Room that they don't shout about. At Baby you can eat in the gardens by the pool in summer. The position next to the Borghese Gardens and the Museum of Modern Art is lovely and very quiet. About 15 min walk into town across the Borghese Gardens, a large and gorgeous city park. Just a word to the management on behalf of the staff, and no doubt some guests - having Frank Sinatra circa 1950's on a 30 minute loop in the bar at some volume is driving the staff mad. I went to bed with the wretched "High Hopes" etched in my grey matter. But I could walk away.... .....That's why the Lady is a Tramp. But It's oh so nice to go travelling, etc. |

The room was excellent. Staff were all extremely helpful and polite. The breakfast was very good. The signature restaurant, Baby, is superb. The Hotel even had gluten free bread, biscuits and pasta for my wife Avril. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff. Stay at this Hotel!!! Nothing to dislike. Everything was 100% perfect!!! |
