長期滞在者にはリゾート気分も味わえ素敵なホテルですが、短期市内観光目的には地理的に不便です。

wonderful staff the most professional i ever encountered breakfast was worth getting up for great choice and very friendly service the shuttle service made travel into te centre so easy

the shuttle service to the spanish steps, breakfast buffet, the cleaneness of the hotel, very quit .

We visited 5 hotels during our trip in Italy and my wife loved this hotel the most. We started our honeymoon arriving at this cozy hotel. It was a nice first impression of Italy. Its located in a quite neighborhood with lots of embassies and in front Villa Burghese and the shuttle service takes you to the Spanish steps in a nice van and picks you up from there. The rooms are wide and the theme is bright and different.

The furniture seems a little worn off.

The hotel staff was excellent. Excellent food and location.

Aldrovandi is a real palace. The atmposphere is unique, the people are great, smilling all the time and always ready to help you. I would return at Aldrovandi tomorrow if possible.

I did not like that there was no place for smokers in the breakfast restaurant although in the Baby restaurant was.For a 5 star hotel it is a lack of respect towards customers.

The shuttle driver, Daniele, was excellent: very knowledgeable about Rome & very accomodating. Front desk staff and housekeeping also excellent.

Alot of street noise since we needed to sleep with the windows open (too warm otherwise)

food was good, services were fare, very clean, very elegant, not so anti-non-whites,not-untypical

the people at the desk were very nice, but others such as room service personals were not smiling much or had this yellow smile, like yes sir "god damn you", not all but some, and we once ordered some hot water, the guy was almost reprimanding me saying we are not charging you for this, like i was begging him for it, i did not ask him for free hot water, i just asked for hot water and did not really care if he would or would not charge me for it, it was so low class... but you know it is hard to have everybody follow the hotel code but it was a good service over all

We have stayed for 3 nights at the hotel and it has been really nice. Aparently there was a misunderstanding with the booking but everything was ok and they even upgraded us from Superior double room to Junior Suite. I loved that they had lots of natural flowers and lighted candels in the evenings...the smell from the lobby was great...the breakast room was nice, with big windows and chandeliers, they had a rose on each table, I would say romantic...the food was also good. I would recomand the hotel and I will definetely come back. Even if it's not in downtown, the suttle is every half an hour and is more than enough.

For such a luxury hotel, the could have better bed sheets.

The concierge at the front desk was very pleasant to work with and tried service any need we had. The breakfast was good but was the same each day. The shuttle service is very nice. Good value for the money compared to other hotels we evaluated in this catagory.

Location from city center is a bit remote. The shuttle was a must.

Excellent location, superb staff. The attention to detail and quality of service is second to none.

The surroundings and staf were very good. The breakfast was good and the size of the rooms.

No facilities for making a tea or coffe in the room.
