Great location close to all the main attractions and restaurants. 5 minutes walk to the train/bus stations. Room was facing main street and very noisy. My bathroom was located in a separate room about 5 metres away. There are 5 flights of stairs to climb to get to reception, hard going if your luggage is heavy. |

interesting interior, good bed, good breakfast in the nearest snackbar. very conveniet location - 5 minutes walk to the airport shutlle bus stop and near main historical point. It is possible to find free parking near the hotel. not good shower - the water stream is very poor. Noisy, I think due to old wooden door and window frames - I strongly advise to change window frames for modern noisу insulation ones. |

Very friendly staff. Clean and nicely apppointed in traditional Sicilian style. Air conditioning. 1. The ground floor entrance from the street is shared with another hotel and is grubby and poorly lit. 2. The Alessandra is on the second floor (72 steps) and there is no lift. 3 No food or bar is available in the hotel and Breakfast has to be taken in a cafe 200+m up the road by way of voucher. 4 Room very noisy (traffic), Room requires double/secondary glazing urgently. |

Location, pleasant stay, beautiful common room. Treated to the "oops ... the credit card reader is broken today". Note that the hotel is on the "second floor", but that is the equivalent of four normal floors - no elevator. Parking is in the street, haphazard luck. |

Very friendy staff always willing to help, whether it be with general queries, train times, directions or restaurant recommendations. Good location close to the station but within easy reach of the modern town. Clean room - good size and comfortable. One factor for booking was the fact that it was advertised as gay friendly, which was certainly the case. Thank you. |

The staff is friendly, professional and ready to help you out. The room is clean. The room was small and the room was open to the road so it was loud in the weekend-night. The windows are old and wooden so they don't isolate well. |

Room is very amazing and spacious for a single person; view from the room is superb, near the railway station, close proximity to tourist attractions, hotel staff is friendly and helpful... really made a memorable stay at Palermo. breakfast is not at the hotel itself and the food served at the cafe is poor, hotel should provide basic amenities such as iron if needed, the hotel is located at the top floor and it's a struggle to reach up for people with heavy luggage. |

yes, our bed was infested with bugs. Staff reluctant to relocate us. In spite of a matress change, our bed was again infested on the 2nd night & we were relocated again. We asked management for a discount due to the circumstances & the fact that we had 2 broken nights sleep. They were very reluctant, felt that because they gave us another room this was sufficient. Eventually offered us 10%. |

Location (near to train station and city center) Helpful personnel: They help me a lot for getting my lost bagage. They are very friendly as well. The bed was terrible. Still my back hurts. They must change the beds. Breakfast: Actually they provide a breakfast ticket for a small bar 100 meters away. With that ticket you can buy 1 coffe and 1 piece of patisseria. Normally this costs 2 euro. If you like to eat or drink more you need to pay. |
