Hotel Alessandra  

The central location and proximity to the train station (and bus to the airport) were a key feature for me. In addition, the large rooms and formal furniture gave it an elegant feel. Some of the staff were really eager to help and to solve problems.

Our room was on a busy city street, so it was noisy at night (and early in the morning). The breakfast was late appearing and fast disappearing. I suggest you add some milk to the buffet for the cereal, and some slice meat and cheese would also be great. It would also be convenient if the coffee could be turned on before 8 am, as that is when I need it.

Clean rooms.

I had a room overlooking Via Maqueda. Terrible noisy traffic all through the night. my sleep was very bad.

Very stylish hotel right in the historic centre of Palermo. Perfect accomodation in baroque rooms, clean and tidy, great offer for low price.

La struttura è desisamente scarsa per qualità e pulizia. La colazione inesistente. Se proprio non si hanno pretese e si vuole solo un letto a pochissimo prezzo, va bene per voi

La décoration baroque, les miroirs etc. Drôle.

Extrêmement bruyant sur rue, pour ceux que cela gênerait. Le petit déjeuner sans aucun produit frais, même pas de vrai café!

There was no elevator, its not a problem for young peoples. There is heavy noise from the street at night. Breakfast is too light. Нет лифта но это не проблема для молодых. С проезжей части сильный шум ночью. Завтрак слишком жиденький наестся трудно.

-Chambre ne correspond pas aux fotos, bruyantes qui donnent sur une rue tres agitée. - pas de parking, doncon a demande au concierge de l hotel si on pouvais garer devant l hotel, et il nous a repondu que il n y avais aucun risque...ainsi on a garé la voiture juste devant la porte de l hotel, et surprise le lendemain la voiture etais démolie, pare brise cassé, vol,....et le pire c est que le personnel de l hotel ne nous est pas venu en aide et nous a completement laisse perdu dans notre desespoir...et devinez qui est venu a notre secour? Le gérant de l hotel d au dessous, sans qui on aurais pas pu repartir! Ce monsieur tres gentil et serviablenous a aide a enlever les morceaux de verres et a couvrir le parebrise arriere de notre voiture, il est reste 1h30 avec nous afin de regler les formalites. Et le responsable de l hotel alessandra est passe nous a regarde et a continue son chemin! Je n oublierai jamais ce manque de civisme! Je ne conseille a personne cet hotel.------------------------camere non correspondono alle foto e troppo rumorose--------------------------ci hanno rotto la macchina davanti a l albergo dopo che avevamo chiesto se era un posto sicuro...e svegliandoci abbiamo trovatto la macchina distrutta, e la peggio e che nessuno del albergo, dopo averli chiamato per aiutarci , e sceso ad aiutarci...ci hanno completamente ignorati. Ed e stato il responsabile de l hotel sicilia, hotel situatuo al 1 piano, che e sceso ad aiutarci e a raccogliere il vetro, e sopratutto e rimasto con noi 1 ora, allora che la persona del albergo alessandra e passata vicino a noi, ci ha guardato mentre eravamo disperati, ed a girato il volto come se niente fosse!!!! Mai visto in vita mai assenza di civismo tale....che vergogna!
