It is in a quoite place, but in some nights there is music on the one hotel near. The distance between hotel and metro, bus. We don't know anything about the hill...and when you are tired after visiting Rome it is hard to walking a hill |

The hotel staff was very helpful and the breakfast was good. The rooms are to small and the bathroom that I had was a shower; the shower, toilet, sink, and other toilet were all in one little area. A person could actually use all from one spot and the drain for the shower was in the center of the room. |

The reception staff at Hotel Alessandrino were so helpfull, one young gentleman even took the time to outline all the sights on our map and told us the best way to get around the city. The Hotel was quite central for all transport to the sights. Very clean hotel. The only thing we did not like about the Hotel Alessandrino was the steps you have to climb, as it is at the top of a bank. No good for pensioners or disabled people. We enjoyed our stay and hope to return again someday. |

Staff was very nice, very polite, very friendly, very, very, very...THE Hotel is close to vatican and in a quiet area. The breakfast was nice and satisfying. You have to "climb" to find the hotel...for the first time, it' s not clear how to find the hotel. The breakfast doesn't have variety but it was great! |

The people were grenerally nice and helpful about Rome, the location, etc. Breakfast was included. Having to get a 2nd room was absolutely a unexpected turn of events - and I am not sure why it was forced. The clerk said something about "little children would be ok" but apprently 12 or 15 year olds stay by themselves in Italy???? |

The food is cheap and really good. The girl who attend the people in the restaurant is very nice person, she must be in the front desk The other young girl who attend the front desk, she doesn't like that job. The way that she attend the people is not good. Very bad attitude. |

The hotel was in a quiet area with friendly staff who were able to direct us to the attractions and nearest bus routes. The location isnt exactly central and is based at the top of a lruddy arge hill. There are however regular buses to the central attractions. |

Quiet neighbourhood Bed very hard & pillows very flat. We asked for extra pillows which were removed when the room was cleaned. A/c was not very effective. Hair dryer was broken & they never attempted to fix it. Breakfast choice was very basic. |

Room was clean and very quiet When arrived was told that my reservation was not in their system. Not sure if it was the clerk unable to find it or truly not there but they accomadated us anyways. Requested a 7am wakeup call which came at 720am and we had a taxi waiting for us at 725am! Breakfast starts at 730am. |
