Very basic, what you pay is what you get.
Pub crawl, cheap cocktails
Staff were rude. Location is a long walk to all major sites, very dirty facilities.
Staff were approachable and helpful. 24hour reception; the bathroom was clean and the air conditioner was working making sleep comfortable. The location is great as all buses and metro lines (A and B) start or pass from Roma Termini.
It is a hostel; there was nothing in particular that I didn't like. Make sure you bring a lock and towel. I brought my own and I had no problem.
the location is perfect the staff was very nice
the sheet of bed so smelly the bathroom was a bit dirty
I like that i reserved a mixed room, but the hostel tryied to put me on a female room.
Nice roof terrace Fine location not too far from everything
Sewage smell from bathroom made whole room smell (v. bad it woke us up & we didn't sleep) staff were not very helpful. Despite alerting them to the problem in the middle of the night they offered no alternative room, were not sympathetic and very reluctant to give any refund. After a long argument they finally decided to give us the majority back whilst sticking by their argument that this is just what you expect from a hostel.
Staff was very helpful and friendly. The hostel organises lots of social activities in order to get to know other people. The 4 person dorms are clean, in a good state with comfortable beds and an ensuite bathroom. Free wifi in the whole hostel.
The area around Termini station is a bit dodgy, but you should be fine unless you are going to walk there on your own in the middle of the night.
The mattress was soft. The bedroom and bathroom were clean.
The pillow was rock hard and smelt bad. It was very hot at night, even though the air conditioning was on.
The social events were amazing and the staff were really friendly. It's a great environment to meet fellow travellers. All in all, troubles aside, I definitely recommend it. Such a great vibe.
When we arrived, the sheets hadn't been cleaned after the previous guests had slept in them. We had to ask twice to get them to change them and even then they didn't wash them, they just gave us a clean fitted sheet and folded the dirty blanket. Also, the bathroom constantly smelt like sewage.
the location helped a lot if you are travelling by train
my room was really dirty. The worst thing was the staff, they were really rude and didn't helped at all.
Without credibility. No kitchen. No Microwave. Locked window. 5 euros for the loss of the card that turns on the lights in the room.
The staff in extremely helpful and the location is perfect. Right near termini and most sights are walkable.
Sharing a room with that many people can be hassle. Just a heads up.
Outlets were available for each bed.
Breakfast was not included in booking and the shower did not drain.
Rooftop bar and events, always good people to meet, spacious rooms, mostly friendly staff! (especially the events people)
No kitchen!! (Rome is very expensive to eat and drink in so I ended up spending too much money on food because of no kitchen) also no free breakfast is not great for same reason - 4 euros is too much for a hostel breakfast. Also had a slight hiccup with one of the staff members who made me and another solo girl feel uncomfortable but he did apologise the next day which we appreciated and made sure to be very kind to me the rest of my stay
every night party
The staff was very friendly and willing to help at all times. Great place for a short stay in Rome!
Extremely friendly staff put me at ease straight away. It was my first time staying in a hostel and it couldn't have been better. It was comfortable with a friendly atmosphere and while also being a great location from Termini station. With a good choice of restaurants and pizzerias nearby too.
Great first experience in a hostel. Would definitely stay there again
It was conveniently located and the staff was friendly.
There were ticks in one of our beds upon arrival. When we found this out, they checked out the bed, then refunded us our money. We ended up staying at a different hotel. They say this was very unusual...
The receptionist was a little disrespectful with me making jokings about going out with me. As a woman traveling alone I didn't feel that much safe in a place like that. But besides that, have nothing to complain about the place.
Very closed to termini. Clean, nice people, always ready to help
The rooms are clean and quite big, nice bathrooms and the staff is very nice. There is a cool rooftop (but without view) and a nice bar. The location is really good, just a few minutes from Stazione Termini.
The WLAN didn't always work.
Friendly Staff Clean rooms
Breakfast was horrid and overpriced
Location, but that was not even very good. I felt unsafe walking back at night
Rooms are tiny, beds are horrible, and made a lot of noise all night. Bunked beds didn't seem strong at all. You have to buy your own locker in order to use it. It costs 5 Euros! Internet connection goes on and off all the time. Pictures are not the real thing.
