Udemærket hotel, og fint til prisen. Vi ankom sent og checkede tidligt ud, så vi var ikke så meget på hotellet. Værelset var pænt rent og morgenmaden udemærket. Dog måtte de gerne have tændt airconditionen inden vi ankom, da der var varmt og indelukket på værelset |

Rar atmosfære, serviceminded personale, central beliggenhed, tiltalende størrelse, aircondition, fine badeværelser, hyggelige "gamle" møbler. At personalet på forhånd havde læst hele vores reservationsmail, således at de var forberedte på, at vi også havde lille barn med, som havde behov for sovemulighed, således at dette ikke var blevet et diskussionsemne ved checkin. Mindre sukkerholdig og fiberrig morgenmad. |

Hotellets beliggenhed tæt på banegård og bycentrum , rolig område ,venlig personale.Gode senge ,pæn badeværelse, fin rengørings standard. Morgenmad kunne godt være lidt bedre (brød som optøet hattingbrød) |

The staff was very accomodating and the breakfast was very good. Yes the airconditioning did not work as well as we would like and there was only one english channel.on TV but then we were in Italy what can you expect. If you spoke Italian and came to this country you would not find Italian on the channels either. |

Efficient and pleasant reception staff. Clean and comfortable room, particularly modern bathroom. Excellent situation for airport, station and good eating. We stayed in the hotel on two occasions, a week apart. The first time our room was on the first floor to the rear and was very quiet. The second time our room was on the ground floor next to the reception desk. We suffered slightly from traffic noise and also from constant conversation between members of staff which started at 7 am. Would not hesitate to stay here again but would ask for a first floor room. |

Large luxurious rooms with airco and excellent bathroom/shower. Easy to get to from the station. The area is somewhat run down, but this is no problem. To avoid the backstreets (when coming from the station) head streight ahead and take a right on Viala F. Bonaini. After crossing some side streets you should reach viale Della Spina and the hotel is (almost) on the corner.If you're heading to Lucca, try the hotel San Martino! The breakfast was ok but could have been more luxurious. |

The receptionists spoke english, were very helpful on our arrival. They were able to give directions to places to visit and to the airport. Their recommendation for a restaurant to eat was excellent. The room was spaceous, clean, comfortable and well equipped. The breakfast was as you would normally expect from a continental hotel. |

Our room on the main floor was very spacious and quiet. The staff were very friendly and helpful and kept our luggage for us until later in the day although we had checked out in the morning. The breakfast buffet had a nice selection. We wished we had time to stay longer there but our flight was booked for the next day. |

The room was very spacious and comfortable with effective airconditioning and modern bathroom. Location excellent for station and airport - 20 minute walk to main sights. Good pizzeria recommended by hotel which was 5 minutes walk from hotel. |

Everything to our expectations. Apprecriated car park since parking around hotel is practically impossible. Comfortable triple room with ac and modern elegant shower. Quite a good breakfast in a very sweet breakfast room. Hotel is about 25 minute-walk to Pisa Tower. Night receptionist was immensely polite and very prompt in helping us with a problem we had with one of our passports. Thanks. |

Close to the airport and train station. Free parking. Nice big rooms, comfortable bed. Very noisy and hot. The A/C was not strong enough to cool the room. |
