From the moment we arrived the staff could not have been more welcoming. The room was beautifully furnished.

Great location clean and very nice staff!!! About 15min walk to pizza but u get to see all there shopping and cross the river to get there!!!

Welcoming and friendly hosts. Hotel well furnished and good decor. Professional and relaxed atmosphere Ideally placed for city sights and easy walking access to train bus, and airport for further travel: Florence ,Lucca. Junior room, spacious for a family of 3, good sized bathroom. Breakfast simple but plenty to set you up for the day.

Would love to have access to tea and coffee making facilities in the room

just few minutes walk from centre of pisa close to many bars and restaurants. it had private parking which was important to us. the staff were so polite and helpful and basically could not do enough for you. i was also amazed by the price which i considered cheap compared to the quality of hotel and would definately reccommend to any and all

A clean, friendly hotel close to the station which offered accommodation exceeding our expectations.

Nice stay. Clean and close to the main station. 30 mins walking to the Leaning Tower, not so close, but a good way to walk through the city.

The personnel of the hotel was very nice and friendly and they made us feel home. The hotel is very near the airport and the railwaystation, so it is an exellente place to make daily trips to nearby towns and to the see. The rooms are spacios and the bathrooms are nice and in good condition.

The hotel would merit four stars instead of three, when a little parts of the walls would be repainted and a water damage on parket floor in a room would be repaired.

A most enjoyable stay: the staff were brilliant, the room was large and lovely, beautifully decorated, comfortable and clean. We drove, but the hotel was close enough to the airport for a short taxi ride, walkable to the station and car parking is available and worth the €10 per day. As parking is limited, reservation would be sensible. The Duomo and Leaning Tower were 2kms - about 25 mins walk away. The best hotel of our week's tour of Tuscany!

It was an amazing stay! The hotel personnel was great, friendly, helpfull, amazing! The breakfast is very good, the rooms are spacious! I would go there again!

The hotel has Italian style and comfort. Great hospitality with friendly, helpful staff. Good location, 10 minutes by taxi from the airport. Close to the train station which enabled us to travel easily to Florence, Lucca and Viareggio during our 5 day stay. Wonderful comfortable bedroom and lovely bathroom with a great shower. Good location about a 20 minute walk to the Leaning Tower, the Duomo & the Campo Dei Miracoli, Field of Miracles.

Only thing lacking was a kettle in the bedroom to make a hot drink.

Staff friendly, helpful and welcoming, very good breakfast. Room spotlessly clean, nice bathroom. Position near station means it is a good base for day trips to eg Florence, Lucca and Livorno. All parts of Pisa are within walking distance (25 mins).
