It is an excellent family run hotel staffed by people who do everything possible to make sure you enjoyed your stay. A lesson in running a hotel for anyone thinking of starting up one of their own.

Coming home

nice quiet hotel considering its central location - 5 minute walk to train station, 5 minute taxi drive from airport, 15 minute walk to leaning tower which takes you through historic Pisa. Friendly staff, spotless rooms, lovely breakfast - shame it wasn't warm enough to sit outside.

We arrived late - nearly 10 pm, the guy at the reception seemed a bit grumpy, but then again, it was a horrible rainy evening :)

Very clean. The 2 km walk to the leaning tower is a lovely 25 min stroll over the Arno River through an interesting part of Pisa. Close to the train station. We had a lovely breakfast on the outside veranda.

Guest Service Desk very professional and helpful during daytime to early evening hours. Hotel was very clean and comfortable, had a lift. Rooms were large, bathroom was large and very clean.

Only complaint was about the nighttime Guest Service gentleman. Was not able to assist us was a change to our Taxi Reservation for very early am pickup!! He could not even provide us with a telephone #!! We asked twice and he said he couldn't do it, said it was on the computer, office didn't open until 530am!! We became worried since we have a very early flight, so I found a Taxi Number and called them at 3am for a pickup at 500am. when we came down to check out at 445am this gentleman become extremely upset at us and even follwed us out side to our waiting Taxi, and began argueing with the Taxi driver, who just ignored him. Not a good experience caused us needless stress could have made the time change the evening before and this would not have happened.

The friendly staff, they were very informative and nothing was too much trouble. The hotel was very clean and the breakfast was continental with a good selection. The location was perfect as we felt if we had stayed closer to the Tower we wouldn't have explored that side of Pisa, perfect for the train station where we caught to train to Florence.

My real only complaint would be the bar. We do like a hotel where you can retired back to the bar after being out for a night cap. The bar was poorly stocked and the night receptionist wasn't a barman. However, the mini bar was well stocked and the same price as the bar menu.

The location of the Hotel was perfect. Close to the train station, within easy walking distance of the centre and sights and far enough away to be quietly located. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the hotel and room were lovely. I would definetely return to this hotel.

warm and welcome atmosphere, hotel is really close to the train station and easy to get there. to the main monuments it takes a nice walk trough the historical city. staff is nice, polite and helpful. hotel is clean and you get there all the comfort you need.

Easy to get to from airport, only 5 stops on the bus. Walkable distance to leaning tower. Excellent breakfast buffet.Nice large room with balcony. Only a few minutes walk to station to get train to Florence.

Brilliantly situated hotel,-ten minutes easy cycle trip from the airport. Super friendly and welcoming staff. Beautiful little gem of a hotel. Great family run restaurant nearby.

I spent only 1 night in this hotel with my husband now,but last year we spent here 4 night and we were statisfied.Very clean hotel,near to station and 5-10 min.by bus or train the aeroport.

Very quiet hotel near airport with a cost of €8 to get there by taxi. While the hotel is close to the airport it isn't close to anything else!! The hotel is down a dark quiet street probably not so good for women travellling alone. Large bathroom with bidet and good size twin bedroom. Staff (Lady owner I think) very helpful on arrival with info on the area and where to eat. When leaving the gentleman on reception phoned a taxi for us and said to wait inside he would keep an eye out but he was too busy and our Taxi waited outside for 5 mins with meter ticking before I went to check if it had arrived! Coffe at breakfast great.

No hot breakfast and a long walk from Leaning Tower.

Husband and wife operation Very informent about the leaning tower of Pisa with the walking directions. Close to the train station and Piazza Di Miracles ( the leaning tower) . Nice clean hotel felt very safe and quiet.P.S. also free wireless in all the rooms.

In real downtown and very nice little hotel. Clean and without noise.
