Great location just outside the city limits so no ZTL fines to deal with. On excellent bus route with it stopping right outside the hotel and taking you straight to the bus/rail station where the city sightseeing tours start from. A bit dated but our rooms were on the first floor with large interconnecting balconies (only 1st floor) with views towards mountains. Very convenient for Firenze airport.Popular with coach tours. Staff spoke very good English and very helpful. When to a very Italian local pizzeria about 15mins away, need to know Italian. Very pleased with the hotel and great base even though we only stayed one night. On site private car park a plus. No tea/coffee making facilties in rooms but they have vending machines for cold drinks and tea/coffee opposite the lifts on the ground floor. Area a very urban and not anywhere for an evening strole. |

The price and free parking. Hotel could need a make-over.Rooms are very hot, so needed to open the windows and in came the mosquitoes. Unfortunately WiFi was not working during the whole month. |

Staff was very friendly. Breakfast was good for european standards. Rooms were pleasant and well kept. The location is not right in town, of course, but there is a convenient bus. |

The location is very good - outside the city center and easy to reach by car, but with good connection with the center using a bus, the bus station is very close to the hotel. The hotel is not new, but the condition is ok. |

The hotel has a convenient location, easy to get to the city by bus. Free of charge parking slots are available.The price is very good. Hotel staff is nice and helpful. A bit old-modern hotel though i think the price is very approriate:) the location is good but quite noisy. |

Very friendly staff. Although close to the airport, no noise from planes, and close to the highway. Quiet neighbourhoud, and bus takes you to town in 15 min. Approximately. Despite reviews of other people, I found the breakfast to be ok, but it depended a bit on the staff of the day; the older employees seemed to be better at providing service and making sure everything was filled up. The hotels' internet computer was broken the whole week I was there, and the networkcables I got from reception didn't even fit the socket in their own wall. The cleaning staff didn't understand the meaning of the 'Do not disturb' sign and barged into my room while I was sleeping. The aircondintioning in my room only worked on the highest speed, and the plug in the bathtub was broken. The restaurant is never open for dinner at night; reception has to call for a pizza, which even they don't recommend since it's not that good. The area around the hotel is no surrounding for kids or girls late at night. |

Excellente conection , bus 22, to duomo,right on front of the hotel. Comfort beds, good choice on breakfast, hotel staff is on disposition to every moment. Parking is not on street. Very good valueable for money. |

Very good hotel, best value for money if you travel by car and don't want to pay a lot for parking in the center of the city. Going to the center was easy, 20 minutes by 1 bus (ticket costs 1 euro per 60 min). Staff at reception was great, when we paid they by mistake gave us change 100 Euro less (we even didn't notice it), and in 30 min they called our room, told about it and returned the missing money. |

Huge bed. Reception staff helpful. Free wifi in the rooms - nice one. The evening menu was limited and overpriced. Breakfast menu limited especially towards the end of the sitting. The hotel was further from the city centre than expected, but on a perfectly good bus route. |

One of the best value-for-your-money hotels we've stayed in Italy. Very helpful staff. Rooms were clean and okay, bathroom big. Breakfast was good. Very easy to reach the city centre - the bus stop was in front of the hotel and it goes directly to Piazza Republica/Duomo. Best of all - free parking in their fenced parking area. We asked the hotel staff that if we can leave the car in the parking area after we check-out since we're still touring the town - they said yes. Don't go expecting Four Seasons service here - you'll receive what you paid for. |

This hotel is part of the best western group. I recomend this hotel if you travel by car, because they have a free parking. The location is not the best, but there is a bus no.22 that take you right to the center in 20 min. One trip is 1.20 EUR and you can buy tickets from reception. The staff were outstanding. Good breakfast, but they have the same meal every day. |

Recepton staff were outstanding and quick to respond to requests and offer sightseeing advice. Far from the centre but regular bus service literally on the doorstep made getting to the town convenient. Free parking a great plus. Not really except blankets were too small for the bed. |

peaceful, clean comfortable. I would have like to have a hot drink at breakfast and a service instead of the take away I had to carry with me to the airport, but the experience may have been exceptional. It was early in the morning (6am) and te dining room was not funtioning. . perhaps they could have done better. I still think they were good. |

Room was clean, quiet and well heated. Breakfast was various and fair. Reception was welcoming and helpful. General atmosphere was nice. Located in a nice residential district where a tourist can also observe natives' habits. Just 15 minutes away from the city center. Good and free of charge car park. The connection through wi-fi was somehow very complicated with complex passwords and 802.11g system. It was impossible to get connected from the room. Like in any hotel providing wi-fi in Italy, we had to get connected through wi-fi in the reception area only. |
