Recepton staff were outstanding and quick to respond to requests and offer sightseeing advice. Far from the centre but regular bus service literally on the doorstep made getting to the town convenient. Free parking a great plus. Not really except blankets were too small for the bed. |

peaceful, clean comfortable. I would have like to have a hot drink at breakfast and a service instead of the take away I had to carry with me to the airport, but the experience may have been exceptional. It was early in the morning (6am) and te dining room was not funtioning. . perhaps they could have done better. I still think they were good. |

Room was clean, quiet and well heated. Breakfast was various and fair. Reception was welcoming and helpful. General atmosphere was nice. Located in a nice residential district where a tourist can also observe natives' habits. Just 15 minutes away from the city center. Good and free of charge car park. The connection through wi-fi was somehow very complicated with complex passwords and 802.11g system. It was impossible to get connected from the room. Like in any hotel providing wi-fi in Italy, we had to get connected through wi-fi in the reception area only. |

Quality of food in restaurant was excellent (this made up for lack of meal options surrounding the hotel)! Wonderful service. Hotel was a reasonable distance from city centre, though regular bus services operate from bus stop <100m from hotel door. Bar staff seemed a little inexperienced, and bar lacked some stock. |

В номере чисто, цена низкая. Не понравилось, что официанты слишком много болтают между собой. Мне совсем не интересно слушать их разговоры. |

Emplacement près du bus de ville, parking gratuit et gardé dans l'hôtel, restaurant sympa et prix corrects pour un 4* Wi fi gratuite (mais en panne), personnel restaurant et réception très sympa et compétent Ascenseur bruyant (doit être révisé prochainement) |

everything is good, breakfast, hot bathing. Only problem is a little bit far away from downtown, But if u have a car, that is not a problem. The parking lot is always full. So it's better not arriving so late. |

La fonctionnalité de l'hotel : à 20 min du centre de Florence par un bus direct et fréquent. Le personnel est très agréable et serviable (infos, recherche d'un garage à proximité dans notre cas). Internet Wifi gratuit. Parking gratuit. |

Preis -und Leistungsverhältnis stimmen überein. Das Hotel liegt sehr Zentral (Flughafen / Stadtzentrum). Uns hat der Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel sehr gefallen. Wir kommen gerne wieder. |

Оптимальное соотношение цена/качество. Недалеко от аэропорта, но шума от самолетов нет. До исторического центра муниципальный автобус от отеля. Неплохой завтрак - "шведский стол". |

Le centre ville de Florence est peu recommandé aux voitures et de plus les parkings y sont chers. Nous avons donc choisi un hôtel en périphérie. un peu de bruit venant de la chambre voisine |
