Absence of iron, breakfast not included, very simple furniture

Like in other hotels from B&B chain I have been so far, staff was very nice, room was clean, free parking space and pretty good price.

A bit older hotel on the outskirts of town, it takes 30mins to get to the City center by Bus, which is always crowded. Breakfast very basic (coffe/yoghurt/pastry), would not recommend.

Good comfortable bed, acceptable breakfast for that price.

The room was very clean and big enough, free parking, very nice and friendly stuff, bus station 2 metres away, comfortable bed, quiet location.

-Our room was very dusty. -The rooms were very hot and air conditioning kept blowing warm air! -No parking spots even though the ad was saying that a free parking was available and no reservation for it needed. -The hotel is located upon a prostitution street. - We had to park and walk through the above street. -Window looking at an ugly noisy street. -breakfast Ill priced.

Small but clean bedroom.

We stayed at this hotel on our way out of Italy to make it easy to get to the airport for our 7am flight. The bed was clean and comfortable. This is definitely a no frills place, but that was what we were expecting and it was fine for the price.

The room was very hot and the ac didn't work. There was too much road noise to sleep with the window open. My wifi service cut off at 12:01 am of the day we left instead of after checkout, so I couldn't check on our flight before leaving.

far from city center but closer to airport. autobus 22 runs to city center and it takes around 25 minutes. to the airport only 5 minutes by taxi

The price is good.

Too far away from the city central. There is one bus No 22 to city, but it takes more than 30 mins. The room is too simple and noisy (near to main road).

Location where is near by Airport 5min from hotel and Firenze smn 20 min by bus. Nice and kind staff members. Useful microwave in reception.

No electric pot. Small bathroom. No international channel like cnn.

It was a very nice hotel, clean, warm and modern. Everything that you could need. One of the best hotels i have been in a long time for that price. I liked everything about it.

Little out of the city, but can be easily reached by bus. There is no fridge, no soap or extra sanitary stuff.

The staff was kind and helpful to us.

Great value for the price. Despite of far from center, the 22 bus line takes you there easily.

1. The hotel is far from the city centre though there is a direct bus to the hotel from the railway station

1) Considering the alternatives (one coffee and one pastry for 2,2 Euro) just in the bar beside the hotel, the breakfast could be cheaper (instead of 6.9 Euro) to be competitive. 2) Missing slippers in the hotel.

Bus stop to the railway station or city centre just some steps from hotel entrance. Friendly staff.
