Very good ane kind customer service
hotel itself was fine.
Location was really bad in that the surroundings was in a poor part of town with many shady characters hanging around.
Real value for money Breakfast was good
location a bit far from the city centre
the inside of the hotel is very good
bad neighborhood to walk at night
Helpful staff Cleanliness Price Flexibility
The room was a bit noisy Wifi was slow
Kind staff and very clean
No safe in room Quarter seems a bit dangerous which might be especailly relevant for women or older persons (TAKE a TAXI in the evening!)
Really good breakfast
The hotel itself was lovely, friendly helpful staff, clean, comfortable room. The bathroom was really nice - with an odd window into the main room! The breakfast provided was fabulous, loads of options, hot and cold, with really helpful staff.
The location was rough. We'd recommend the hotel but you really do have to be aware of the area- we saw multiple drug addicts shooting up from the window, and to get to the centre of town there's a 10 minute walk through a rough part of town which would really not be good in the evening. Also when you arrive, the staff take and keep passports which we weren't too keen on especially as they were just on a shelf behind the desk.
Bad neighborhood and poor paid wifi that works only in the lobby and very slowly
- room cleaned every day - service after complaint was adequate - calm and quiet hotel - friendly staff
- after asking for Wifi, not being told that Wifi costs 3eur per day per person - at breakfast, you're asked if you want cappucino. This cappucino is not included and is charged seperatedly (2,50 per cup) - breakfast is not very diverse
Convenient location for walking into Torino and a great breakfast.
We really liked the room! It was beautiful and very clean! We loved the breakfast! It was fantastic!
The outside of the building was not nice but no problem.
You can hear all conversations next door. Ugly view from rooms
Very nice breakfast
Check-in staff keeping my passport Not obtaining additional bed cover despite request Patronizing staff at check-in Not being explained anything about tv or wifi Tv and lift working at random
Good location and reception 24h..very simple, nothing special, there are better hotels for this price.
Poor breakfast, not flexible staff..we check in late and when was the exactly time to check out a man came to my door to hurry me up that was time to go. We have made one month travel and this is the only hotel that put us in this situation. If you are traveling by car, the hotel has no parking.
The staff was great, the room was excellent, and the breakfast was awesome
Could not really walk the nieghborhood around the hotel at night. It is a little rough and scary looking as the sun goes down.
breakfast, room was nice, good public transport
location on turin was nicely close to central and by many lines of public transportation but the area was really trashy tv was not working 100%
Excellent staff! They have accepted my really late check-in... Everything was perfect... clean, large room and bathroom! Strongly recommended!!!
the staff was very informative and helpful about tourist attractions, knowledgeable about bus tram service... breakfast had lots of choices ..
hotel is a bit far from city center and the area after 9 pm is deserted
All the staff of the above mentioned hotel are very friendly. Although Hotel Alexandra is not at the centre of Turin one can reach the centre by walk in 15 minutes or in few minutes by bus route no. 11 which one can catch about 140 metres away from the hotel. I recommend this hotel for JUVENTUS fans because in 25 minutes by bus route 11 one reaches Via Druento and in 15 minutes walk one arrives at the JUVENTUS stadium. Hotel Alexandra is situated in a very quite zone.
My only complaint is about the wifi system which was not good in the my room 2nd floor. I had to go down to the reception hall to use the internet for an excellent wifi reception.
Staff was friendly and good. Rooms were Clean, A healthy nice stay.
Wifi is not available in Rooms, though they might say that it is available, and they charge you for that. Breakfast is fair enough.
Really nice portier, had real good recommendations for dinner. 10 minuts walk into the shopping-street. Big market near the hotel. Parking under the hotel, nice and easy to go to to get stuff from.
Entrance to the underground parking garage very steep. My car is set very low and my car bottomed out on the way to and from the garage.
Clean, nicely furbished room, staff speaks decent English
Wifi is not free and doesn't work very well. When you pay, it only works for one device (i.e. Just PC, not phone and vice versa). Room was a.bit cramped
Very clean and comfortable.
It is a bit far from the center and the places to visit.
