I liked the services, the bed and the location.
Great room, quiet, spotlessly clean and gluten free options for breakfast. Staff were really helpful & friendly.
My bedroom was just great good Bed. Multilingue réceptionnist. Excellent breakfast. Late Check out possible for free
Location & Staff were just right
The choice of food
An excellent choice if you want to go sightseeing in Rome. The room was very clean, big, and the bed was really comfortable. The breakfast rich, with a great variety to choose. We will definitely stay here again. Last but not least, the staff was very helpful and polite.
problems with the wifi sometimes
The location of the hotel was great, the staff at the hotel where very friendly and the entire hotel was spotless. There was plenty of choice for breakfast, and you could eat and drink as much as you liked. The mini suit we stayed in was perfect with twin windows looking out over the main road. What more could you ask for.
the breakfast is very good.
Everything was more than perfect!!the location UNBELIEVABLE,the staff UNBELIEVABLE,the breakfast FANTASTIC!the only thing that needs to be fixed is the bad wifi signal!apart from that everything was perfect
Most of hotel staff were firendly and ready to serve teh customers needs. The hotel is a th the center of the city close to the most important sights
One receptionist offered to call a taxi (for an airport course), for 60 euros, while it was stamped that the airprot curse costs 30 euro. Finally i paid 30 euro.
Loved the location of this hotel. They also had a nice free breakfast! A lot of variety!
We were less than a block from train and bus stops, yet off the bigger, more trafficked street. We were within walking distance of several sights. Very reasonably priced for the location.
Our only serious complaint was the hard mattresses; our shoulders were sore in the mornings!
I had reserved a single room but they gave me a mini suite instead. Very nice surprise! The staff was very nice and helpful and the location is perfect.
Breakfast was a buffet with both salty and sweet, but I would have liked fresh bread, there was only toast bread.
Very narrow rooms , my back room was noisy people digging in the upper floor all night .
The breakfast was good... With homemade croissants and cakes!
The wifi connection was not good... We lost it some many times during our stay .. 5 days.
I loved that the hotel contacted me immediately after booking asking for my itinerary to arrange transport, tourist attraction info, tickets, tours, etc.
Just felt really nice, lovely old building and friendly staff, no problems of any kind
This is a very nice hotel with very good quality breakfast and very polite staff. :) (Josef, you are very kind and nice. Thanks!)
Wifi is terrible in the 5th floor! :( You should do something about it!
Good location, but definitely not walkable from Termini with luggage.
We had 2 rooms booked with different rates, they mixed them up and at check in told us we had been upgraded at no charge but at check out insisted we had to pay the up charge, would not honor what their receptionist had told us. Got really nasty, shouting and carrying on it was very upsetting and very unprofessional. We never asked to be upgraded it was their decision plus the rooms looked the same. It felt like a con.
great location and breakfast with great variety! The staff was really friendly and polite ready to answer all of our questions!
Size of the room was too small..may be because we booked thru booking. Com under offer price
The location of the hotel, as well as the staff were relatively nice. The wifi was also okay. I have come to expect patchy wifi at every hotel.
The hotel staff told us that they "lost" one of our two reservations which I had booked three months in advance. They sweet talked us into sharing a four person "suite" which sounded really nice, but was actually an old worn room with a sofa bed in the front entrance. We ended up having to pay the original amount for two rooms, so they made money off of our obliviousness to what they were actually doing. The breakfast was absolutely horrible- undercooked eggs with mini hotdogs and canned fruit cocktail. I would not stay here again.
People and the place.
WiFi wasen't staple
Quietest hotel room I have ever stayed in. Our room was refurbished and very attractive and clean. Breakfast room very pleasant. Easy to get around town as the metro and bus stops were close by.
Great location near Trevi fountain and the shopping district. We were upgraded to a bigger room at no charge. Friendly staff.
Street is restricted for automobiles; not clear when coming by car that you can be issued a ticket. The wifi and TV were unusable. Breakfast was marginal.
The location was good. Free wi-fi
Bathroom was tiny. Breakfast was poor.
