The desk staff were extremely helpful in helping us understand how to get around (see below). Their English was good and they understood the complexities of our questions. The breakfast was standard but nicely served. The room was very comfortable. For tourist-travelers, this is a very nice American-style hotel -- big beds, swanky bathroom and excellent staff -- but it is 5km out of the centro and adjacent to the "fiero" for trade fairs in the industrial zone, which means no restaurants close by or any of the attractions that tourists might find interesting. We spent a lot of time on buses getting to and from downtown. |

Very close to Fiera vicenza, for people need to attend the fiera is very convenient. Breakfast is not good enough before show period. |

sicuramente la posizione perchè vicinissimo alla fiera alla quale dovevo partecipare La pulizia delle camere non era soddisfacente, così come i materassi, la colazione, l'arredamento ... difficile pensare che possa essere un 4 stelle ... potrebbe essere un 3 stelle decoroso, ma non un 4!!! |

Le peu de respect de certains employés de l'hôtel, le fait l'on ne puisse manger une salade le soir alors que celle-ci est proposée sur la petite carte, le fait que l'hôtel soit trop éloigné du centre (ceci occasionne de gros frais de taxi, le bus ne roulant pas en fin de soirée) |
