Nothing horrible all together
We liked the location, it was great, walked out the door and you were in the center of Rome night life. Nice restaurants and bars within a couple blocks and a beautiful church a couple blocks away. We had a Kitchen and Clothes Washing machine (hang dry). Size of the Apartment was good for 2 people. It was fully furnished by Ikea. We did have Air Conditioning! It worked very good, not a cheap system.
The bed was very Firm and pillows were flat. hard to sleep on when getting used to a time change. We were in the room an hour when neighbors downstairs complained of a leak from our toilet.. we gave them the owners card and 2 days later when we were out they accessed the room to assist the neighbors. a bit of a bother, but could have been worse. The washing machine was hard to figure out, but at least we had one. Shower was tiny, we are not large people (but I heard other hotels were similar in size, so it could be a local thing). Would have liked Curtains, too much light from nearby bars came in. Because of the area, it does get loud and busy at night... if that bothers you. Ran out of hot water once after a short time using. Over all would still recommend.
The roof top terrace with lemon trees in terracotta pots. The size and location in trastavere The staff very helpful Can easily walk around Rome
No kettle in the kitchen Kitchen a bit dated and small Only Italian TV The wifi not very strong The couch was in the hallway
We were only in Rome for 3 days and the location made our exploring very manageable. Comfortable beds and good shower. Beautiful courtyard garden attached as well. Very friendly and helpful host.
There was no kettle (We're British and like a cup of tea even in Rome to start our day! ). Also the only mirror is in the bathroom so could do with at least one more in the main bedroom. There is air conditioning but only in the bedroom, additional beds are in the hallway do not have the benefits.
Location was good - within walking distance to the Vatican and Museum and all the Hop On/Off buses. Location of apartment was within a typical compound of apartments. Security was good - 4 locks on main door. Locks at every entrance to the apartment.
Garbage on the street and walkway. Noisy tenants in upper apartment. Good restaurants difficult to find nearby. Shower floor leaked.
It was very clean.
I thought location was across the river. Misunderstood address. AC was only in one room.
Just location in Rome
Basement location Dusty and unclean Unbelievable small
Lupetta apt: Great location. Contact was made before arrival, and good directions provided to the building. Kitchen equipment adequate, but a decent knife would be nice. Espresso percolator was excellent!
Poor instructions for check-in. You need to check in with the "Imperium" on the second floor, we were not told this part, and waited outside for awhile per email appointment. They would not let us see the room before giving money. It was very stressful, as we were there for 5 days, and I wanted to make sure the room was what had been promised. The bathroom was very moldy smelling, the attempt to cover it with room fresheners was nauseating. Charming patio was mosquito infested and unusable.
Very simply as in IKEA. When we cancel 1 room for our friends for 5 days befor arrival (aircompany cancelled their tickets) the penalties was very big..too big!
Close to the Vatican.
Double bed next to the kitchen and the entrance door no room to walk, should have single bed. The kitchen floor wet from leakage. Next single bed close to the bathroom. Then too big bed room. Shower little small. Kind noisy at night. Too long walking distance from the main road. No office in the building and the office is very far away.
The location is great! The apartment is well equipped.
The street is a little noisy at night, though nothing too bad with the windows and shades closed.
Lack of natural light
garden is the best part
Location: we walk around rome and our location was close to all famous attractions
Bathroom: extremely small and water was running from somewhere so every day we moped the floor and still found water on the tiles in the morning. Since this was an apartment, there was not any staff cleaning the room. Also there was a bad odour entering the room and we guess this was due to the water leak of the bathroom.
It was not really a two bedroom apartment as advertised. It was a one bedroom apartment with extra beds here and there including in the kitchen.
The staff were friendly the beds were comfy linen and towels were clean.
Lupo apartment. This was totally misdescribed on website Access to 1 bedroom was up a none fixed ladder which had to be moved to get to wardrobe. You could not stand up in bedroom as the ceiling was only 1.5m high. There was no microwave or washer as stated in the booking informationThere were no comfy chairs to sit on but 8 folding chairs. The patio was dirty and clutteredwith random cleaning items there were no lights on the patio the light was a spotlight in the kitchen. i would not stay in this apt ever
It was not ok. The bathroom is very bad. The box does not work, the water fills the bathroom, and the 3 rooms does not exist. One bed is inside the small kitchen, the another bed is in the hall, so , it has just one room. The wi fi not exist, either. The pictures does not show the reality of the apartment. The apto has a location vey nice, just it. Santuza Costa.
The location wasn't too bad. About a 20 minute walk to the Colloseum.
Place was dirty, linens smelled bad, shower didn't work, staff doesn't reply by email for many hours, I could go on..
Facilities ok but basic
Trastevere is wonderfull region and live here is a big pleasure. So location of this apartmen is good.
Very dark inside, wet and not so romantic like on picture. Shower is awfull! At the beginning cold water than hot than again cold and so on. So to take a shower was very difficult! And whan we came some guy was waiting for us. He took money and didn't gave us any receipt. I asked him to send it later by e-mail but I still didn't get it.
Fantastic location, only 200 m from Piazza Navone. First floor ( 3m up) With Nice view over to streets. Big light Apartment With to bathrooms. Good for us (Family With teenagers). Nice cafe and restaurant on the same street, 10 m from our entrance.
The were working with a big drill in some part of the building. perhaps no big deal, but we heard it.
