We didn't meet any staff in person, but the guidance they provided online was very helpful and check in was super easy. The rooms were cozy, clean, and very pretty. The bathrooms were clean and the shower was very nice. The building required a pin pad entry, then room keys allow elevator and room access. Very streamlined and safe for families or solo travelers.

Wonderful location in the center of city,good size room with high ceiling . Very friendly staff and good breakfast served in a really nice room ,using good China cups . Delicious cake and cookies in common room for night snacking. All around good experience .
