Optimale Lage. Nähe Vatikan und Nähe zur nächsten Metrostation. Sehr gute Betreuung durch das Personal, sehr saubere, geräumige Zimmer mit kompletter Ausstattung (mehrere Kissen vorhanden, Badezimmer sehr komplett). Trotz Lage an verkehrsreicher Straße keine Lärmbelästigung (sehr gute Schallisolation). Frühstücksbuffet könnte etwas reichhaltiger sein. |

Das Hotelpersonal war äußerst freundlich und hilfsbereit und hat sich auch sehr bemüht Deutsch zu sprechen. Das Hotel hat ein tolles Ambiente, verfügt über geschmackvolle Ausstattung und hat eine gut Lage (Nähe Vatikan, Nähe Metrostation u. auch zu Fuß kommt man gut in die Innenstadt), das Hotel ist sehr sauber. Obwohl direkt zwischen Vatikanmauer und dem Hotel eine relativ viel befahrene Straße vorbeiführt, gab es in der Nacht keinen Verkehrslärm, da die Fenster sehr gut schließen. Das Frühstück war für uns Mitteleuropäer vielleicht nicht ganz ideal. Es gab für unseren Geschmack zu wenig Auswahl an Brot und keinen Schinken, dennoch war es vielfälltig und aussreichend. Das Frühstückspersonal war etwas langsam mit abräumen. |

Die Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück war reichlich und die Bedienung sehr freundlich.Die Nähe des Hotels Risorgimento, von dem man sehr schnell mit dem Bus die Innenstadt erreicht. Unsere Tochter sitzt im Rollstuhl und kann teilweise mit Hilfe laufen. Dafür war das Hotel auch sehr gut geeignet ( beh.gerechter Eingang, Badewanne... |

The room was lovely and the breakfast was very good. Most of the staff were very friendly. They let us check into our room early as we were very tired from traveling, so we really appreciated that. Breakfast started too late (7:30AM) to accommodate early flights home. The location near the Vatican is very good, but I would rather pay less and be further away. Also, if the rate is good, I recommend pre-paying. We did not know we could, and even though the rate was protected, the amount out of our pocket was higher due to currency fluctuations. |

the location of the hotel was fantastic being next door to the Vatican, the rooms were very spacious and the staff were very friendly and helpful and having a secure garage in the centre of Rome was an added bonus. would definitely stay here again |

Very friendly and helpful staff. Very clean rooms. Very well maintained and wonderfully decorated rooms with exquisite furniture. Opposite Vatican Museum and short walk to St Peter and transportation. Many restaurants in neighborhood. Shuttle to and from airport. English spoken. My family and I really enjoyed our stay. Maybe a little more noise than expected in rooms facing busy street. |

The Hotel was good for one night i.e. visiting Vatican, Sistine Chapel and around the vatican area but we stayed for two nights. The Hotel is not convenient to the centre of Rome in the evening.The availability of evening meals would be an advantage as we stayed two night and had to go looking for a restaurant in the evening. My recommendation would be to stay one night for the vatican experience. |
