Very friendly and helpful staff. Very clean rooms. Very well maintained and wonderfully decorated rooms with exquisite furniture. Opposite Vatican Museum and short walk to St Peter and transportation. Many restaurants in neighborhood. Shuttle to and from airport. English spoken. My family and I really enjoyed our stay. Maybe a little more noise than expected in rooms facing busy street. |

Everything about the hotel was excellent, the owner, staff and position. Could not have asked for more and would come here again as opposed to using a 5 star hotel. Nothing to dislike everything was great. |

The Hotel was good for one night i.e. visiting Vatican, Sistine Chapel and around the vatican area but we stayed for two nights. The Hotel is not convenient to the centre of Rome in the evening. The availability of evening meals would be an advantage as we stayed two night and had to go looking for a restaurant in the evening. My recommendation would be to stay one night for the vatican experience. |

The room was very comfortable in size and cleanliness as compared to other European hotels. The staff...excellent and I was able to get a coffee very early in the AM before the breakfast began. It is right across the street from the Museum Vaticano and convenient also good restaurants nearby. Im a firm believer that Europeans don't really know what air conditioning is. The air conditioning was excellent..except..it was a moist coolness and the sheets felt too wet/humid, but certainly cold and comfortable in the 80-90 degree heat.. |

We especially liked the exceptional variety of food, at breakfast I mean, since that is what we had included...Everything prepared impecably, a very pleasant experience for both the eyes and the taste buds. The hotel is beautiful, the services are flawless. Good job, people! Well...the hotel itself was perfect... Unfortunately Rome is a pretty noisy city, and that was the only drawback. But it is no one's fault, which is why it should not even be mentionable :) |

The staff were very helpful and friendly, and the room was comfortable and clean. The breakfast in the mornings had a variety of foods to cater to all tastes, and the food was fresh and delicious! I liked this hotel so much the first time I stayed (4 nights), that I booked it for my last night in Italy as well. Only the construction that was going on outside the front of the hotel on my last night -- but that's not the hotel's fault! The staff actually helped to get my luggage to the airport shuttle to avoid the construction at their front door. |

The staff was very helpful and the location was perfect for us as we were in Rome specifically to see the Sistine Chapel. This hotel is right across the street. There is no restaurant, only breakfast. |

The staff was very, very helpful, friendly and accomidating. They really tried to meet any question or need we had during our stay. Their breakfast was wonderful and included a nice variety with helpful staff, also. Its location, right across teh street from the Vatican was a wonderful surprise. |

The accomodations were very comfortable. The atmosphere was restful and secure. The location was very effecient for traveling. Room was quiet. Staff at the desk were exteremely helpful and enthusiastically answered our questions... especially the evening staff as the daytme staff were "understandably" busier. The bathroom was very cool in the early AM...There was no way we found to turn on some heat there. Perhaps there was a way but we did not ever ask. The marble floors were very nice but very cold. |

Good breakfast which has varieties for each morning (stay 4 days). Good location as 10 minutes walk from metro station and St-Peter's place entrance. A bit noisy from the street. |
