O Hotel é muito próximo a centros de interesse turistico ( Vaticanoo e seus museus). O metro é bem próximo e fácil de chegar a outros pontos turisticos |

A simpatia dos funcionários e em frente ao Museu do Vaticano. Deveria ser possível desligar o ar condicionado a partir do próprio quarto. Tive de pedir na recepção para desligar o AC durante a noite. |

Excelente localização em frente ao museu do vaticano e perto do metro e BUS (inclusive hop on hop off), todo o staff é super atencioso e muito prestável, com a vantagem de se falar portugues (sandra) , quartos amplos e confortaveis e um excelente peq. almoço. Sem dúvida este é um hotel a repetir hotel de 4 estrelas, com um serviço de 5 * ... shuttle pro aeroporto excelente! e gratuito!!! talvez colocar uns tapetes no quarto ... o chão é todo em azulejo o q o torna desconfortavel por vezes. |

The room was lovely and the breakfast was very good. Most of the staff were very friendly. They let us check into our room early as we were very tired from traveling, so we really appreciated that. Breakfast started too late (7:30AM) to accommodate early flights home. The location near the Vatican is very good, but I would rather pay less and be further away. Also, if the rate is good, I recommend pre-paying. We did not know we could, and even though the rate was protected, the amount out of our pocket was higher due to currency fluctuations. |

The rooms was spacious and lovely. The amenities were great. The location outside the Vatican was perfect. The breakfast was the best I had in Italy. |

the location of the hotel was fantastic being next door to the Vatican, the rooms were very spacious and the staff were very friendly and helpful and having a secure garage in the centre of Rome was an added bonus. would definitely stay here again |

The staff was exceptionally friendly, the room was comtemporary and very nice and relatively spacious and the location which was right across the street from the Vatican museum entrance....very convenient. |

Very friendly and helpful staff. Very clean rooms. Very well maintained and wonderfully decorated rooms with exquisite furniture. Opposite Vatican Museum and short walk to St Peter and transportation. Many restaurants in neighborhood. Shuttle to and from airport. English spoken. My family and I really enjoyed our stay. Maybe a little more noise than expected in rooms facing busy street. |

Everything about the hotel was excellent, the owner, staff and position. Could not have asked for more and would come here again as opposed to using a 5 star hotel. Nothing to dislike everything was great. |

The Hotel was good for one night i.e. visiting Vatican, Sistine Chapel and around the vatican area but we stayed for two nights. The Hotel is not convenient to the centre of Rome in the evening.The availability of evening meals would be an advantage as we stayed two night and had to go looking for a restaurant in the evening. My recommendation would be to stay one night for the vatican experience. |
